LOL! You were right about that!

To be honest I can't really claim much credit for the Prouty business. It had already been raised on a.r.s. some years before I wrote RTWH; most of what I wrote on Prouty is cribbed from that. There does seem to be a lot more info available on Prouty now, though, thanks to Google Books so I will probably go into more detail on his background. I gather he was involved in some rather nasty far-right and anti-semitic circles. Does the Liberty Lobby ring any bells? I don't know much about it so will have to research it a bit further.

I think this was a result of the chaos that Australia was in at the start of 1942. Hubbard was originally ordered to Manilla but never got there due to the speed of the Japanese advance. He traveled on a transport, the President Polk, that appears to have stopped off in Darwin and was redirected to Brisbane, where he made a nuisance of himself. He seems to have got mislaid - the unit he was assigned to in the Philippines presumably got pulled out or overrun and in the confusion nobody in the Navy paid much attention to a Lt (jg) reservist wandering around Brisbane with nothing to do. He hints at this in his lecture:

I'm betting that the reference to "the army" refers to the person the Naval Attaché calls "the representative of the U.S. Army at Brisbane", who "made possible" the problems with Hubbard in the first place. I would guess that the Army rep deputised Hubbard for some work, which he wasn't qualified or authorised by his own command to perform, and which he inevitably botched. Then when Hubbard was called to account for botching it he threw a tantrum and walked out on his superior officers. It's no wonder he was sent home.

Tony Ortega got the 3 motorcycle picture captioned wrong, he thinks they are all tom cruises, when in fact scientology slave labor inurement benefited BOTH tom cruise and david miscavige according to the .pdf source of john brosseau's

His own history of taking off without permission and angling his way aboard a ship to Guam makes me wonder if this was more of the same.

The first one also matches his GWU degree: He dropped after two years. The second one says he completed four years, which does not match his the content of his GWU.

Much much more wrong with one of those two documents, this link is the one the New Yorker posted, click the top highlighted section, then within the box that pops up click next to navigate through all the discrepancies, with expert sources:

lol!!! thanks for the shoop of TD as Dorothy!

But I do believe DM would be the witch not the godd witch.
How about DM as the witch and TD as a flying monkey? lol!!!!

Is there a new Batman theme in avatars this month? Both Miranda and Interrobanger have Batman avatars. lol

TinyDancer is not a flying monkey.

I chose my avatar because I love Julie and her costumes. She's my role model.

    lol!
Wonder if it bugs Tiny to have the same initials as Cruise.

Here's a little Julie for yah Miranda

I would love a pic of DM as the wicked witch and TOMMMY DAVIS as a flying monkey.

The "Surrender Dorothy" that the witch printed in the sky would look lovely in the sky over Gold showing the castle with the words
    "Surrender Miscavige" or "Surrender Scientology"
Someone had a great pic of the castle at Gold a while back, and I always wanted to see that picture with those words up above in the sky.

Just went over the DD214 again and would someone explain to me what "Purple Heart (palm)" is supposed to be???

I've heard of medals where additional awards were indicated with stars (bronze for each of 1 -4 additional , silver for a 5th award) and some, such as the Purple Heart, where oak leaf clusters (bronze/silver as for the stars) are used. But I have never heard of a "palm" being used to indicate an additional award of anything, only to indicate the level of a specific aware, e.g., Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Aware with Palm. Which is a whole different thing than a star or oak leaf cluster to indicate a subsequent aware.

Or could it be whoever typed the bogus DD214 up didn't have a clue, and thought an oak leaf cluster was a palm leaf??

I have to think that with the worldwide attention on the negative stories, government inquiries, exodus of prominent members and the manical rants of their "spokesman" on national television that the Co$ is experiencing a huge vaccum of cash flow that typically would be free flowing from unknowing victims. In addition, Co$ is spending a ton of $ to discredit anyone shining a light on their bullshit so they are burning it at both ends. The crashing of the org's and stalled openings of new "ideal orgs" due to cash crunch and investigation of private inurement by the fucking midget (DM or COB so OSA is clear) has to be wearing thin on the management ranks.

Think about it, DM is probably a lunatic right now trying to keep control, fight fires, spanking Tommy Davis for his dumb shit comments (like if hubbard didn't use dianetics to heal himself from a war wound then the whole church is a fraud), dodging process servers and sucking tom's asshole so he doesn't leave. In addition, he has to look over his shoulder everytime he hits someone so there aren't witnesses to come forward at a later time (kinda like what is happening now).

I truly believe that a big push could tip this over the edge...suggestions?

Tommy Davis in his recent press release regarding the New Yorker article suggested everyone come in to their church, since the doors are always open to take your $, and find out the truth. GREAT, let's take the proof directly to them!
