The misbehavior of one person - that needed to be taken into account - should not imply, IMHO, a major shift of what has been done here over the past few months. Some people seem convinced that, whatever we do, there are wins at the end of the road. Others tend to be more doubtful. From my perspective, it is a little bit early to say. Going on without knowing for sure how much damage has been done might remain one of the difficulties we are facing. I am convinced that this will not stop us to carry on. Here is the place where people of different backgrounds can put together their ideas and skills to achieve a common goal. It might happen that, once in a while, we do not understand each other well. It is by making an effort to get a glimpse of what others might think - even if we do not agree and we don't have to - that we will overcome our differences and improve our potential of success.

Re: A message to the OG/moralfags I agree with this--I have spent a lot of time reading the accounts of ex-scis on various boards and websites, and in a lot of them, there is a real effort to acknowlege and come to terms with not only the harm which was done to them by the cult, but the harm they caused others--including close family members. But none of these people are all over the web on a routine basis crying about their misfortunes. They are also not "rock-stars" and some of them protest in masks, not because they are afraid of OSA, but as a gesture of solidarity with Anonymous. Anonymous does not need high profile critics to enturbulate the cult. Anonymous activists all around the world have been incredibly effective at shutting down orgs and stress test tables without any help from a "known" critic. I actually think that hordes of unknown Anonymous people marching on their orgs, commenting all over the web, talking to friends and neighbors, quietly going about performing chalk tech and flyering, etc etc are a lot more frightening than high profile OG, because the cult doesn't know who they are and hasn't a clue ast to what their "ruin" is--which is why they are reduced to spouting off laughably ridiculous accusations like cyber-terrorism. Cults of personality eat up time and resources. Since the cult exists primarily as a cult of personality (1st LRH and now DM), Anonymous can be most effective by avoiding any appearance of establishing one among itself.

Anonymous has to include everyone with a cause against Scientology, all of us, even the OG and the moralfags, even the VYPs, or it will fail. If the VYPs are merely boring it doesn't matter but when they become abusive, sexist, racist and obscene (see a thread not a hundred miles from here), they should be led away quietly to their little padded Thunderdome to exchange clever abuse with those able to appreciate it. They both know most of what there is to know about Scientology from the inside and a lot of THs don't seem to know anything at all about it, if they think that OSA is not important, that no-one was killed recently (O RLY?), no pets were poisoned (ask Mudkip about that). Re: A message to the OG/moralfags A word about ex'es: many years ago someone gave me a copy of dianetics. i took the communication course, one other and then started level 1 auditors training. thats when I declared it all bullshit in the middle of a training room full of "students" and was physically removed from the org. It was 3 months or less and i was 15 years old. I am not the least bit ashamed about being "taken" and a lot of "ex-scientologists" should not be either. At the same time, anyone who takes 30 years to figure it out really is a fool.
