Luke Lirot tried, but could not get out of an already scheduled legal matter, so Tim Dandar represented me today. Dandar suggested that we let the temporary restraining order stand until the end of the criminal trial and then re-visit the restraining order. I agreed to this. Representing the PETITIONER (ty Interrobanger, it was right before my naptime when I made this post) was Robert V. Potter of Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel, & Burns. Potter is the Flag Service Organization's registered agent. Sarah Heller was also with the defendant. Potter agreed to Dandar's suggestion and the judge also agreed. The temporary restraining order is still in place, but it is not a permanent injunction. There is still no court date for the criminal trial, but I should be receiving that date any day now. Thanks again to everyone for their messages of support and and all the donations.
