Court date to address the TRO/injunction.

As you know, the felony battery charge was dropped.

I wonder if Sparrow could use this in case to show the clockwork type behavior of the cult. It is a rubber stamp action that has been working for them.

The footage of them "kettling" protesters, like when Xander was in the alley, should be useful, as I'm sure the exact tactic was used on AMA as well.

As we learned from Sparrow's trial, footage don't lie, even tho the Scilons trying to interpret it do.

    Just sayin'

    § 241. Conspiracy against rights
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any inhabitant of any State, Territory, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same…they shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results, they shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.

    Let's see here:
AMA was exercising her Constitutional right to free speech.
Culties swarmed her up against a wall and wouldn't allow her to leave.

Spray paint that bitch on a sheet and unfurl it in court. Big letters that cannot be conveniently overlooked or misinterpreted. Do not steal a sheet from a clothesline to do this cuz that would be wrong.

When the judge asks "How do you plead?"
drop to your knees, clasp your hands together and whine loudly, "Like this your honor."

My thoughts are with you AMA!!!!

I pray the judge sees through this ridiculous case and tells COS to take a walk.
I hope Lirot is in top form today and sends them packing.

5.00 says we get a continuance. The cult will try to drag this out. But best wishes anyway.

I hope this judge has seen enough of that continuance BS and will take into account all that AMA has already been through.

    This just in:
    AnonMom has won the case!
The hearing was moved to a high security courtroom where only the parties and witnesses were allowed.
(I wonder if the court has realised that organized scientology is a terrorist organisation)
The scientology crime syndicate fails again.
