AnonMomAnon2 Arrested at July 6th Clearwater Raid

we can't figure out why, but he partially told the truth about me in court. in the papers he filed for the restraining order he said that i had "assaulted" him twice on two different days. he said that i had bumped into him before the incident on july 6th. when questioned further about that, he admitted that it probably wasn't an assault and that i might have just brushed by him as i walked by him. (which happens all the time with OSAOSAOSA because they come right at you and the sidewalks are very narrow in some places.)

when he admitted that----the first part of his case against me was automatically thrown out. i didn't even have to refute it.

they also used none of the video footage that was used to get me arrested because they would have had to show what happened immediately before and after the incident and Avila/scientology would not want that shown: two public scientologists and a SO dressed in civilian clothing were kettling me while Avila tried to trip me by stopping suddenly in front of me and also putting his arm out to motion me around me and then trying to trip me by thrusting his leg out as i would try to go around him. there was no where for me to go except where they moved me. i ended up pinned up against the wall of the old bank building with the people who were kettling me holding me there. that was how the clearwater police found me when they arrived on the scene. pooks' ex-friend---her name escapes me right now---was screaming inches in my face when the officer approached.

you're an attorney. you know that i had no parole officer. everything was thrown out. you were there. in your casual protest outfit that got you in trouble with the judge.

to everyone who does anything toward disbanding this cult: i admire all of you. i draw strength from each of you by just knowing that there are still people out there who care enough to harpoon, bring the lulz, raid, do the legal things that so few of us understand, follow the freewinds, keep lists of all the ex's, watch for all the front groups, those who run this website, the trolls who get our blood pressure UP, the smartypants people who really know how to use the internets and even those people who just post an attaboy to us because they cannot be involved for whatever reason.

Best part of this entire situation was when Avila meandered over to try to hang out with AMA months after the fact. Poor boy got positively heckled.

I'm new here. I'm sorry to hear about the arrest. Shows that we really aren't free in this world.
