I think the drug rehab referral websites are getting the message - - finally. A quick Google search of "Drug Rehabs" returns a search of many reputable ones, with actual addresses and outline of their programs. The ones that "were" referring to Narconon are diminishing. I think the NBC Rock Center and other Media exposing this Scam, has put the con-artists on NOTICE. "If you can't do the TIME, don't do the CRIME" ♥♥♥

Weren't many or most of the referral websites operated by Scientology/Narconon?
  8. Intelligence Member

Many were/are operated by FSM's who graduated NN and took a 2 day Course. The COS does help
them set up websites too. They have a complex and expansive referral network.

Another HUGE-HUGE-HUGE method of getting new patients into NN, is their "Say No To Drugs"
lectures they give in schools. Each student takes home a flyer/certificate after the quack speech.

On the back of flyer, is a toll free number that leads to NN.

I posted in detail a long time ago how this works. We trained Speakers at NN TR and
they would practice on our patients - LOL :)

But just think about this? Let's say there are 30 kids in a class. How many of these kids live in
a home where their mom, dad, brother, sister, or perhaps even a cousin or family friend has
addiction problems? Let's throw a rediculous low number of 10-20% out? That's 3-6 potential
patients for NN at $30,000 each, at say ONLY 50% of the potential = $90,000 for each time
the quack talks to a class of 30 kids. The same goes for the Say No To Drugs booths that the COS
sets up all over the place, using young kids as a promo.

AND these ^^ are a fraction of the real numbers. And hese speakers better have their Stats in by
    Thursday at 2:00pm!

Here is a Video, with over 20,000 views of a Booth taken down when we protested in front of it:

So we have a ton of smart folks, has anyone thought of reaching out to the legit rehabs and helping do search optimization so it will rank above the scilon sites? Seems reasonable to me at least, I am no metadata expert by any means but seems way doable.

It used to be that you would get directed to Narconon (usually without initially being referred to by that name) programs by doing a google search for drug/addiction treatment with the name of city you want it in. I'm glad if this is no longer the case.

So, this is the grand doctor who endorses them. His license is expired and he has a disciplinary mark for incompetence. Can he legally sign anything in the capacity of MD?

Why do family members and others keep saying that they want to see some changes? OR shut them down?
Changes in what? the detox will remain the same and has to, and the teachings will reman the same, or it wouldn't be the COS or KSW.
I guess they do not understand how harmful the actual detox is? Or that they would continue delivering tech? even if it was made safer with medical staff?
In other words if they got rid of the tech and the detox, they would be an entirely different program.
And then they would no longer be following Source.

Now I am not coming down on family members and others at all, I am just surprised to keep hearing that "changes have to be made or shut them down"
No NOT changes. SHUT THEM DOWN.
They lied about everything... , they have killed several people, game over... buh-by

also question..... with the GA Narconon, they advertised that they were a residential treatment center and not an out patient facility... and got caught in the lie.
Is OK guilty of the same thing?

  23. I believe the patented patient restraining device is called Scientology.

It keeps 'patients' restrained mentally and physically when necessary for decades at a time.

The good news is that many ex-scientologists have escaped these horrible restraints and are currently leading much improved lives without Scientology.

There are some interesting parallels between George A Wootan MD and Gerald Don Wootan DO. Both are into woo. Both graduated from schools in Oklahoma. Maybe they are related?

    Gerald Don Wootan:
    - Probably born in 1948 (approx 64 years old)
    - Probably graduated high school in OK, 1966
    - BA, Ctrl. State U., Edmond, Okla., 1970
    - BS, Ctrl. State U., Edmond, Okla., 1971
    - MEd, Ctrl. State U., Edmond, Okla., 1974; probably planned to become a teacher
    - MB, U. Okla., Oklahoma City, 1978; probably decided to go into business instead
    - Probably started medical school 1981; about the same time the other Wootan got in trouble
    - DO, Okla. State U., 1985
    - 1518063932 NPI number

    George Allen Wootan:
    - Probably born in 1937 (approx 75 years old)
    - Probably graduated high school 1955
    - Probably graduated college 1959
    - MD, Univ Of Ok Coll Of Med, Oklahoma City, 6/1963
    - 1981 NY license suspended pending investigation of 11 complains arising from "home births."
    - 1987 Oklahoma revokes license based on "incompetence" judgments from NY and FL
    - 1720252927 NPI number

Dr. George Wootan's name appears on web sites devoted to "chiropractic pediatrics."

Found a resume of someone who worked with Dr. Gerald Wooten a few years ago, and which shows some of the stuff going on at Dr. Wooten's clinic:

The antivax group, Generation Rescue, recommends Dr. Wootan:

Some patient reviews of Dr. Gerald Wootan:

The other Wootan, Dr. George, sells Shaklee, which is alluded to on this site:
Annoyingly you have to google "Janice Tarr," the person mentioned in the last testimonial on the page below, to find out which MLM company the site is about:

Criminal networks sometimes have entire families involved in several complimentary businesses. That's the only reason I'm wondering about links between the two Wootans.

I wish I knew, IMHO there are many Officials afraid of getting exposed for allowing Narconon Arrowhead to get away with everthing that they have for the past 20 years.

    Close them down Oklahoma!!!!

This is from the 2012 agenda. Now I get why the state has been slow to take action on him. He is on one of their boards.

I think the others on this list should be contacted:

Charles Womack, MD, Chairman Don Flinn, PA, Vice Chair Lindsey Gillispie, PA
Thomas R. Pickard, DO Gerald Wootan, DO Riaz Sirajuddin, MD
