No citizens arrest in CA are for any felony, or any crime committed in YOUR presence.

At any rate, he rattled off some stuff about criminal conspiracy for two or more colluding to deprive a person of their freedom.. which I think is a felony, but his problem is that what Fausto did is not "illegal" in terms of revoking the bail. It may not have been a good enough reason, but there is legal wording on his ability to do it. Also, AO has zero proof that anyone but Fausto conspired in this. AO would do serious time if he did false arrest someone. Also, I think Stone could still sue for defamation for accusing Stone of being a criminal at this public hearing, though likely he would ignore it instead of letting AO have a day in court to try and "prove" his case.

For the sake of (well a lot of things) getting to the bottom of things, there is more to the situation than just the proof. You don't need proof for an arrest, you DO need proof for a conviction (two different things).

    Now:
Obvioulsy this can not mean that proof of a felony because people are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. And unless a felon has escaped he would not be at large. So the question is does AO have reasonable cause, and that is up to a judge to decide technically. AO cited Felonies, if he was justified in doing so or not is no longer the issue because Stone was not taken into custody. We will never know if AO was lucky for that or not, because it didn't happen.

What has happened is AO has a public record of a double standard. The cult arrests people at will in the case of the "two marks". While in this case the sheriffs dept was to intimidated by stone to do what they have told AO they are required to do. (actually they told GB and WBM in AO's presence.)

Is it all more than a little crazy? yes. But it also looks like from all the dox submitted that AO was within his rights and that an investigation of the entire affair would be in order in our crazy mixed up world. The only people ITT that are submitting dox are people on the "yes it was ok to arrest stone side". I have seen zero dox on the other side.

Possible win would come from an investigation of Riverside county gov. from Stone to the Sheriffs dept. That could and would likely involve the Fausto A. The worst case would be nothing is going to happen.

But seriously this is better than running around covered in pubes! And nobody in RS county is going to want to touch it.

Agreed, it doesn't look good for Fausto Atilano, Jr. Immediately after being seen talking to Jeff Stone, AO's political opponent, Fausto revokes AO's bail-- his own client, who paid a premium to Fausto Atilano, Jr. for that bail. When asked why, Fausto belatedly provides a patently inapplicable and conclusory explanation, he's revoking his "parole"....

Of course, attendant to every contract is a duty of good faith and fair dealing. Fausto, as a mere bail bondsman, could not have revoked AO's de minimis bail on a whim. That would be just like some nut trying to grab you from the street, trying to kidnap you. If he has no good faith grounds, I don't see how he can escape felony kidnapping charges. Since he is a contributor to Jeff Stone, that also shows a connection. If not a conspiracy with Stone, it shows motive for the potential felony of false imprisonment and kidnapping of his own client.

Under circumstances like this, where a mere bail bondsman, for no apparent reason, slaps the cuffs on his client, that act is calculated to cause a breach of the peace. Which is exactly why the conclusory explanation during this apparently criminal act is telling of guilt. And, it's all on video. This is going to blow up on Stone and Fausto. This will be fun to watch unfold.

don't forget the "i'm gonna taze you" lulzyness, and the threat to arrest AGP, for no apparent reason, he should get a separate charge for *assault for that, correct? y/n

Graham, AGP and AO went to AO's bail hearing today (Friday morning) and the judge dropped AO's bail.

The judge said that he hadn't been clear before about what AO can and cannot do, as far as where he can go, etc, so his bail was dropped. From what I understand, he is not restricted from being around Scientologists.

What can we do to restrict him from being around anons? Thanks

Is this about the Fausto arrest? So the judge acted like that arrest was ok to have happened? Do you know what the excuse given for AO's arrest was?

Become a pseudo-religious cult, set up a huuge base and commit human rights abuses, and then when he comes to protest, entice him over your vague property lines, get him arrested and use your in-house lawyers to pressure a stupid judge for vague conditions to restrict his contact with you.
    or...
Become his failbondsman and tase him.
    Whatever floats your boat.

hmmm, asking Stone a question = being a twat

being a twat = being arrested

In most places I would hope that wasn't enough to be arrested, but with good ole Riverside County I guess you never know.

Now that AO's bail has been dropped, expect him to wallow in his heroic success & look for ways to retaliate & rub it in Fausto Atilano's face which will either get him arrested again, end up on the receiving end of Fausto's fist, or both.

We all now from AO's past history that he will do everything he can to milk the judge's decision to draw attention to himself.

Yeah? Wait till he shows up a raid you happen to be at, creates a skirmish which draws the attention of the police, and puts other anons at risk.

AO will see the judge's decision as a success against the cult, against his bail bondsman, and against every SoCal anon he perceives to be his enemy.

Then, you his brown-noser accomplice, AGP, who has returned to WWP.

AO's bail was not dropped, it was changed to release on his own recognizance. The court had previously ruled he had to post a $2500 bond. The court left in place a bail restriction that he could not go with 100 yards of Int base property lines. The court also dropped the previous bail requirement that he had to keep away from the "victims". In its reasoning the court had said the AO had been at every appearance and the court was not concerned about him being a flight risk and the court said it had gone to far with the stay away order. The other two motions were denied with AO's next appearance being a Trial Readiness Conference.

And whenever local scilons have a big event like Maiden Voyage, Flag, ASI etc... He also shows. 1/2 to protest scientology, 1/2 to attempt to bug anons.

Right now, he can only be avoided when we do flash raids, or if we raid while he is in jail. Or when we go back to GOLD (as he cannot go there)

Then you make the decision it is your life, live with the risk of getting arrested because of something somebody else did, that has never happened at a raid afaik, and risk getting AO's cooties. Or stay home. You don't get to decide what other people do.

Meh just take Determu's advice, and throw a candybar then walk away.

BTW, is that restraining order AO claims doesn't exist still in effect?

    No duh, retard.

But I was reacting to anonymous saying we should avoid AO. Harder than you think.
And no one but AO will be arrested. He is excellent cop-bait.

Yes. Bail was returned but the trial was not dismissed. AO is still forbidden to be near Gold Base.
