(HCO PL 28 Jan 1965 How to Maintain Credit Standing & Solvency) One wonders if they're this behind on everything or if it's an oopsie. Seeing notices being that delinquent was unusual when I worked in Treasury (but OC was doing well then), but I hear from other orgs that they're quite common. I'd expect, given what I saw at OC, that it's more common in OC now than it was in the past.

Re: April XX - Tustin, CA It's the same org -- just their new "ideal" location that has NEVER been open. Technically, the org is titled Church of Scientology of Orange County. They bought the Sycamore St. building to move into in 2006 but haven't yet. The "re-opened" is a bunch of PR horseshit, especially given the photos I took on Thursday, July 1. Re: April XX - Tustin, CA As a point of clarification: per the official site, there is one church (Tustin) and two missions (South Coast in Lake Forest, and Newport Beach, which is actually in Orange) in Orange County. There never has been any Scientology presence in Santa Ana that I know of. In general, it's been more economically downmarket than the cities surrounding it.
