In criminal law in the State of Tennessee there is apparently no difference between assault and battery. I don't know about civil law.

Take off your masks or we will do it for you.

They have NO AUTHORITY TO DO THAT.

They have done damage to those that wanted to keep their identity secret. You are on a public sidewalk. They have no permit for that area. Was that woman an on duty police officer because if she wasn't she is fucked up the ass in so many ways.

Here are some distinctions between assault and battery in California

Civil Assault and Battery in Plain Language

Are they on tape saying Turn off the camera?

Here is some info for the dipshit rent a cops that violated the law.

YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHEN OR WHAT WILL COME YOUR WAY. VICTIM44 has two years to nail your ass to the wall. Think about that for the next two years EVERY DAY.

Yeah, I was wanting to do some well-edited thing with subtitles and shit, but being around it too long upsets me. Just watching it this time has my heart racing from terror :<.

I've seen it once. Won't watch again until I have to.
    Hurts my feelings.

There should be a time when she's telling me to put my camera down, hence that great shot of her getting all up in my shit with 44 on the ground in the background.

Upscale camera stores are your best bet. Photos are the bane of cameras and cards, and the better camera stores use the best recovery software.

I couldn't differentiate Aggressive female saying that..you might want to see if you can find it (not that it matters since you have plenty of witnesses to that fact)...but what is clear is that someone thought that they were the police because you can hear at the end...something like...is she really the police.

A security guard on public property does not have the right to force the mask off of you. She is clearly trying to hold herself out to be a cop.

The thing is..that you have what appear to be young kids intimidated and scared by people that act like they are police...one is trying to get information about the sidewalk and can't even get an answer for fear she will be taken away, too.

    Despicable.

WTF is that about bologna sandwiches? that belongs right up there with Frank's" unbelievably unbelievable."

    wow... unreal.
Looks like you got yourself a pretty good case.

What cop says "you need to go and take your ass that way".
Dead give away that she was not a cop.

AND they say "you are going to jail and will have boloney sandwhiches for all 4 of you" even when they are all the way down the street?
This is laughable, are they freakin' kidding me?

I hate that rent -a -cop power hungy bitch, and the other dicks and I can't wait to hear that they have been charged.
This kind of crap has to stop!

one thing though.....I would have called 911 IMMEDIATELY.

Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

Oh, I thought he said "I got no boloney sandwiches" He was saying "I got enough"

They really tried to make themselves appear to be cops...especially when one of the guys was wearing a POLICE SHIRT..

Where's the Doctor when you need him. :( He could use his sonic screwdriver some how and fix this whole mess. Maybe. IDK. Why the Doctor gotta be fictional? Damnit!

The chick was wearing a shirt with POLICE on her back too.

Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

With her bullshit attitude, I can almost guarantee that she wasn't a real cop.

Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

I have to say after watching it that perhaps more than Victim44 has a cause of action and more than Victim44 has a reason to press charges.

I hope you all make them pay dearly for their abuse of power on young kids. Since they are the people that got the permits they knew or should have known that they did not buy that part of the sidewalk.

Whatever you all decide...Rent a thugs have to worry about being nailed for the next two years as the victims try to come to terms mentally with that debacle.

No one ever told me to put my camera down. :)

Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

I disagree. There are plenty of cops with that attitude. It would be delicious if she was impersonating a member of the police force by wearing a police shirt.

Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

Would you have rather me get told to turn my camera off, and not have caught what I caught? I didn't think so. :)

Everyone was told to put their camera's down. That's what "Put your camera down" means...

Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

Thanks for thinking I am a young kid, but I am at least twice as old as the others there that day. They didn't treat me the same way they did the others. I tried to stay between the cops and them, but they got to 44 and I didn't see because he was behind me.

I was hoping that I could deal with the cops, being older. I thought I could protect them, but obviously I was wrong.

We all made sure we were on the legal part of the sidewalk, I even asked several times where they wanted us to go. They wanted us to go away, nothing else would do.

Unless there is some clear & present danger, like gun fire, only a judge can order you to stop filming a crime in progress.

Srs deja vu there....I feel attitude arising...
  24. Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

I was waiting very anxiously for this video. I was going thru posts I hadn't read and saw that the video would be up with 2 pages left to go. I just KNEW I'd get to the last page and it would be a lot of 'quick popcorn' comments and no video.

    But... HUZZAH!

    It did not disappoint.

I hope you guys fucking ruin them.

Or bunches of over zealous rent a cops with guns who have your friend's face on the cement and their knee in his back.
  26. Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

Watched the video. The rent-a-cops are screwed.

There are several avenues for prosecution:

    1) Civil rights violation (18 USC 241) for freedom of speech and illegal search and seizure. Color of law depends on whether they're actual cops and they made an arrest.

    2) False imprisonment.

    3) Impersonating a police officer.

    4) Assault.

Also explore a civil case. Emotional distress, etc, etc. It would also be good to find out if the rent a cops where Scilons or not. Could make the org liable for lotsa of damages. Also get Scis on record about Fair Gaming. IOW, roughing up a protestor is SOP for the cult.

Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

At this point my biggest question is, are you listening OSA....

Will the rent a cops throw the scilons under the bus or will the scilons throw the rent a cops under the bus?

If both parties are reading this better be thinking about who to blame, cause we have
    proof it wasn't us.

protip: security company prepare yourselves cause the CoS will throw you under the bus.

Also, they should know that some of us have worked in the security business and do know a thing or two about what authority a security guard actually has.

Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

So two of the individuals had 'Police' written on their shirts, but not in a consistent manor. One on the front of the shirt, the other on the back of their shirt.

If they were on duty police officers, they sure made it easy to be confused if they were officers or not.

If they were not on duty police officers, or not Nashville police officers, their butts should get hung high by the local Police Department.

Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

Um, color of authority is not a race issue. Its more of using legal authority granted to break the law or deny rights.

As for Title 18 and kidnapping, I agree. The fed need to respond to this consistent pattern of criminality.

Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

    2) is not just False imprisonment misdemeanor. They took him into false imprisonment in a way which caused bodily injuries, and they were carrying lethal weapons. Both of those alone makes it Aggravated kidnapping under Tennessee law, a felony.

    1) Is a federal crime, but the victims were the same race as the perpetrators, and prosecutors do not like to prosecute Color of Law violations even when the investigating agency finds that the law has been broken. And it would be freedom of speech and illegal arrest and search, not seizure.

Re: Assault - Nashville: Part 2

Wearing police looking sam-browns with guns, cuffs, etc. Shirts that identify them as police, not security. Taking control of non-restricted public sidewalk.

"POLICE" is clearly the image they chose to project to others, that is now serious problem for them.

Uh, what has race got to do with color of law????? (hint: the answer is absolutely nothing)
