Just so everyone knows I have been in contact with Bewitched for some time now and I can vouch Bewitched. I am assisting this person through various forms of communication. We are working on the DOX.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I just put the Pittsburg County Commission Office on notice that if they issue any kind of permit to NN AH for Aug 25th, they would be violating my First Amendment Rights. And that I will take legal action against the Pittsburg County Commission Office.

If you would like to call please do so, I plan to draft a letter to them as well.

Oklahoma Law regarding the wearing of mask:

§21-1301. Masks and hoods - Unlawful wearing of - Exceptions.

It shall be unlawful for any person in this state to wear a mask, hood or covering, which conceals the identity of the wearer during the commission of a crime or for the purpose of coercion, intimidation or harassment; provided, the provisions of Section 1301 et seq. of this title shall not apply to the pranks of children on Halloween, to those going to, or from, or participating in masquerade parties, to those participating in any public parade or exhibition of an educational, religious or historical character, to those participating in any meeting of any organization within any building or enclosure wholly within and under the control of said organization, and to those participating in the parades or exhibitions of minstrel troupes, circuses or other amusements or dramatic shows. Any person, or persons, violating the provisions of this section, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not exceeding one (1) year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Dear Families,

My heart goes out to each and every one of you. I might not know you all, but the ones that I stay I do, you truly inspire me to continue on in with the fight that has been placed near and dear to my heart. I pray that our State of Oklahoma will shut Narconon Arrowhead and Arrowhead Medical Detox immediately before another soul is lost. I have a bit of “déjà vu” regarding typing such a letter to our State Representatives, State Senators, Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and many other State Agencies Aril of this year after Hillary Holten passed away in April of 2012. What really concerns me is that the Media (Fox 25 OKC Marisa Mendelson) took interest before our State did in the, the Human atrocities’ that are happening at Narconon Arrowhead in Canadian, OK and probably soon to be at Arrowhead Medical Detox in McAlester, OK, imho. Our State has the Duty to protect the citizens of Oklahoma, they must shut them down now.

Just got off the phone to another Media outlet - - three today so far have contacted me.

I don't know if Governor Mary Fallin and other powers to be in Oklahoma and elsewhere
in the USA, "Gets it Yet"?

It appears that some are "Scared-Shitless" of entering into the 'Litigation Arena' with the COS
if one of them "Grows-Some-Balls" and rightfully forces NN AH to close RIGHT NOW!

Are they afraid of what I consider as: "My Unlearned Friend" and bully mouthpiece, Moxon
dragging them into a multi-million dollar litigation fiasco? I suggest this IS the case.

I also suggest and can almost gaurantee, that Main-Stream Media will not only Expose the
Narconon Arrowhead "coffin-dangers" in the upcoming weeks before August 25th, but they
most certainly will point a finger at anyone in power who turns their head and does nothing
out of fear of the Cult.

Scenario:

A cardiac patient rehabilitation facilty is Accredited by CARF, but there is four deaths at the
facility (three recent deaths), and the government and health agencies know, or should have
known that there is no doctors administering appropriate scientifically recognized practices
at the center. In fact, this cardiac rehabilitation facility was previously denied accreditation
by health authorities because they proved it was DANGEROUS for patients to be there.

With this ^^^^^ scenario, do you think this facility would still be open? NO!
Do I smell discrimination? - - will expand on this more soon.

Hi again. I now have a database of email addresses of every attorney in Oklahoma. I'm welcoming any input or suggestions on an info pack to them with emphasis on not using Narconon as a care center for in patient treatment plea agreements. This will hopefully educate both prosecution and defense attorneys to the dangers inherent in Narconon, and having attorneys with other specializations aware of the dangers is a bonus.

The goal here is a direct hit on income by shutting down a key funding source in the courts and credibility for the program. Pave the way to make other legislative or state agency action easier. Input please.

Need to make it brief and hard-hitting.
