I don't know whether to laugh at his dumb ass or...

Nevermind. Laughing at his stupid ass seems fitting.

Oh god I so hope Brown gets convicted of something.

I don't even care what. Threatening a federal law enforcement officer. Stalking. Heroin possession. Being a douchebag. I don't care.

I just want to see how batshit crazy this ridiculous population of second gen "anons" will get when it happens.

He threatened a Federal agent on you tube for all to see and that is something you just don't do even if you are high. I know that you know this 612, he is Totally screwed, his life is screwed and no one with half a brain will ever trust him again, he has a big mouth. He is young too prison is not going to be kind it won't take a week and he will someone's wife.
  11. anonymous612 Member

My concern is that they'll decide to let it slide. Because every time I really really want to see someone go down for something, that's always the time they decide to half-ass the prosecution.

As fucked of as a move he made what really bothers me is Scientology continues to abuse people including children and the FBI does jack shit.

The moral of this story is, say something as an individual and they will come for you.

Be a mafia that extorts, human traffics, child abuses and all the other shit Scientology pulls and the FBI has more important things to do like go after Barrett.

    Baaaaaarffff

Why was he raided in the first place? Was that legal? Should they be able to take his stuff and never give it back?
  14. Anonymous Member

Judging by the video on you tube it looks like he really has a big mouth and with the US going after computer related crimes along with threatening the FBI. Well he really did ask for it I don't like to see anyone go to jail but this guy was asking for it and I don't think they will let him slide.

Who said they were never going to give it back? Does Barrett Brown really strike you as the most patient and reasonable person in the world?

And I don't know the details of what paperwork they got filed, but judging by that video, I would consider it totally reasonable for a judge to issue a warrant. Cops don't fuck around with "____ on a law enforcement officer" cases.

It's a fucking PASTEBIN you overparanoid idiot. Learn to fucking internet.

    1. Fool me once ...
    2. Outsiders are pointing to Barrett Brown as being held in the custody of federal agents however, experience dictates otherwise.
    3. When someone is processed into any federal system, the processing is done by the United States Marshall Service. Fingerprinting, picture taking, tattoo descriptions. The whole affair is handled by one agency. (USMS) After being processed and given a number, the offender is placed into systems at the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Whether or not charges are pending, an offender is awaiting trail, or an individual is sentenced, one cannot step foot into any federal center without being processed into the system at the BOP. There would be a large liability should something happen to someone otherwise. There are no ifs, and, nor buts, this is the way the system works.
    4. So where in the world is Barrett Brown. According to his co-horts, friends, or whatever they choose to label themselves, he is at Mansfield. In fact here is his information in the event you want to write to him:
    5. Barrett Brown
    6. US Marshal #45047177
    7. Mansfield Federal Detention Ctr.
    8. 1601 Heritage Pkwy
    9. Mansfield, TX 76063
    10. There is however a few glaring problems with this address. For starters, the number given is a BOP related number. The 177 at the end is a giveaway. The last three digits in any federal inmate's number dictate what court processed them. "Where they were snagged." For example, if one is arrested in NYC, their numbers would end in 054 for the Southern District, 053 for the eastern district. Arrested in Maryland, 038 and so forth. 177 is the number used for Texas and it is a BOP related number. One that does not exist in any capacity.
    11. http://www.bop.gov/iloc2/InmateFind...t=false&IDType=IRN&IDNumber=45047-177&x=0&y=0
    12. So where in the world is Barrett Brown if not in federal custody? Guess are, forced re-hab. Perhaps the government converted Brown on his first arrest, he provided "solid info" (which would be the term used by feds), began to spin out of control and rather than lose a worthy "teller", they decided to throw him in re-hab. Create a fake arrest, Barrett gets more street creds, more devious criminals take the bait. Hook line and sinker.
    13. The other alternative is, he was never arrested to begin with. Although the TinyChat video may appear to be legit to some, it is strangely ironic that there is nothing seen in the video. When agents come in storming, guns-a-blazing, the initial psychological reaction would be shock. Not "let me turn off this camera" as was done in the video. In this situation, arrest gets staged, perhaps a "Free Barrett Brown" movement is established. People donate, Barrett gets a free ride on the heroin highway.
    14. A third alternative would be: "he wasn't processed into the BOP yet." Rest assured, he would not be in a federal system without being processed by the BOP. Rest assured as a "federal" detainee, he would not be placed into a state or county facility due to liability concerns should something happen to him.
    15. So where is Barrett Brown. The feds as boisterous as they can be have not released any information indicating his arrest. Which is equally as odd.
    16. http://searchjustice.usdoj.gov/sear...heet=default_frontend&site=default_collection
    17. The Department of Justice loves press releases and if Barrett Brown - being deeply rooted with anonymous and all - were arrested, he would be the poster child of an arrest. Bottom line.
    18. If one cannot read between the many "indicators of false flag" nonsense, here is one for you. In three weeks, Barrett Brown will make bail. His verbiage will be some extravagant "because they didn't have anything" nonsense. Idiots will worship him and idiots will get visits. Nothing new, same old tricks from the government. Happened with Alberto Gonzalez, Adrian Lamo, Xavier Monsegur and a variety of other charlatans. Stay tuned for what will be referred to as Mickey Theatre. (Mickey as in the mouse, the rat, the rodent).

Do you live in the real world anonymous612?
  21. anonymous612 Member

Yes I do, and I know a shitton more about this subject than you do.

I reiterate. Does Barrett Brown strike you as the most patient and reasonable person around? Police are allowed to keep items for evidence. They're even allowed to keep things for a very very long time. In rare cases, they can keep them permanently (example: drugs and money earned through drug sales) or destroy them (same examples apply).

Do you have ANY evidence that the FBI was keeping his gear permanently other than Barrett Brown's claim?

The tinycam footage is obviously staged. I have the real video of the raid here:

Going to have to do some back digging for the dox but...

IIRC: The FBI once "borrowed" an anonymous email site's computers and "secretly" returned the servers. The company wasn't retarded and scanned for any "accidentally" exploits.
  25. Archer Member

I think he'll end up in forced rehab, and tbh I don't see why you'd wish him to go to jail for 10 years that bad. Sure he's a cunt but he's not hitler lol
  26. Anonymous Member

There is a huge ass difference between "Making death threats at US Federal officials" and being a cunt bag.
  27. Archer Member

He made no death threats though

Honey, pretending you are Barrett Brown is a weird thing to do. Boundaries much? Don't be subsumed by his ego.
  30. Anonymous Member

Just to be complete- the US Marshal's service can keep people incommunicado for days by keeping them "in transit" ie on board aircraft traveling from hither to yon. It happens. They can detain them longer.
However his lawyer is asking someone else to take over the case. idk if anyone is tracking him right now.
  31. anonymous612 Member

So your evidence for how the FBI keeps things permanently is you vaguely remember this one time they specifically did not keep it permanently? What?

Even his lawyer didn't claim he didn't make threats, he just claimed he was joking about them.
And that doesn't even get into the non-lifethreatening threats. Which are also illegal. And just Scientology levels of fucking creepy.

I got threats nearly identical to the ones Barrett Brown made in the video once. They were coming from OSA. Way to be like OSA, BB.
  32. Anonymous Member

You are not that much of a big deal.

Besides, all he did was say that he would defend himself on the premises of his own home.
  33. Anonymous Member

Then why did we get no showdown at BB Corral?
  34. Paroxetine Samurai Moderator

No, I was trying to make a reference to this:

The point was to show a very bizzar event in which the FBI returned property to someone. I was uncertain if this came up here and I had to do some digging in my tech email folders for this info.
  35. cTp Member

Saw this linked through IRC. As a just a noble man I do say that Barret Brown should be hanged for his crimes. Shooting FBI agents for trying to detain you =/= self defense nor does is give you any reason to go on YT and state that you would kill a law enforcement officer / FBI agent for entering your home when obviously they have every reason too.

CTP, my wee planner friend! How is the planner commune these days? Still fucktarded?

Are you doubting that it was OSA or doubting that it mattered?
He said he would kill any agent arriving to arrest him.

Guess what. Law enforcement officers are ALLOWED to arrest people. It's considered part of their legal responsibility. And the relevant law is that -- and I'm paraphrasing slightly from memory -- if you threaten a federal officer who is trying to carry out his duty, it is a felony.

Even without the whole looking into his children thing, that alone is a crime.

I think the main thing here is he should have fucking known better.

LOL no. Brown is an internet sub-celebrity and nobody outside of a very small cohort of Anons and a few media fanbois/grls know who he is or cares. Irony is, this dumbass finally got himself the federal attention he's been seeking for ages and he still can't make national news. NB: doesn't mean he can't be converted to CI status however.

    Nope.

Next I am going to say we should continue discussing Barrett Brown and his dumbass actions. I am sure you can enlighten us some more (and that was a serious request. You were doing good before this derailment.)
