Yes, sorry - new admin here and I have another big project in the works so I've neglect the big list mirror site a wee bit here lately. I will get it updated by the end of the week.

Once upon a time we were searching for information on the class action RICO suit filed during the OG era by a group of exes/FZrs who called themselves "FAIR" in order to extract the names for the Big List.

Did we ever find that info? If not, I found a lead from JeffJ commentary on a portion of the IRS agreement where CoS had to disclose all their court cases here:

Now that we know Norm Starkey's name was the front runner and that it was in LA Superior Court, dox may be obtainable to figure out the "et al" if we still need it?

I remember running into a brick wall. I did lots of searching to help try and change that way back when the list was only a couple hundred names and we were striving for the 1000 mark. But nowadays I only tune into this thread and help out here-n-there. So I could have missed it.

I ran all the names I didn't recognize through completions and now I have to see those that are in the completions are already on or not.

Take your time RO - my thought is I can attempt to get the original lolsuit complaint from the LA Superior Court website if we never got a full list of all the plaintiffs. That will cost a couple dollars, so I'd rather be sure we still need it before I go there.

ok, all the names that were in completions are already on the list except Gregory Henderson, but I don't know if it is the same person in completions. Need more sauce.
There is also a David Miller who is in completions, but this is a common name and his last course was in 2002. So either the time line doesn't match up or he went back in.
All the other unrecognizable names would have to be searched, but some how I feel like I went through this list before. Not all are scilons either.

Sorry, I think I caused some confusion.

At one time, we wanted know who everybody else behind the "et al" was for harvesting additional names for the big list. But the way I remember it we ran into a brick wall because we couldn't find dox on the lawsuit. And the only mention of "FAIR" on the current list seems to be on Brenda Yates name (with a broken court case link that can be replaced with a wayback machine link here: http://web.archive.org/web/20100705224721/http://www.factnet.org/Scientology/legal.htm)

I also see the Stansfield and Freedman names don't mention they were in the FAIR class action lawsuit. Thus I'm thinking that getting a copy of the original court dox may indeed benefit the big list. I'll investigate further and see if I can track it down.

This however is only for those who spoke out. Rigthon already mentioned the big exit in the eighties. Most of these people have never spoken out, they just left.

I just reverted an edit to the wiki that had the comment: Removing my name, Anthony Ardillo.
The name is still listed on the Indie 500 list as "Scn since 2012", so to remove it we need evidence proving they were never a member of CoS (so were indie from the outset)

I believe it's the same guy, it's not a common name and the only Ardillo I can find with any scientology connections.
