An unregistered user with the IP 76.218.86.237 tried to remove this entry from the wiki without comment. It's been reverted and a message left on their user page to first comment here.
We'll need to keep an eye out in case Arthur rejoined the CoS. The live freeandable.com page has changed the name to "Roger Parris" but the email address changed still has "Arthur" in it, and the wiki now points to the Wayback machine unchanged version of the page.

Yeah, that by itself won't magically remove them from the non-wiki backup sites either :p

Peter Moon is sci fi & conspiracy theory fantasy fiction author who loves Hubbard because he believes he fixed Crowley's tech. He has comments galore on older Martyblog posts and even over on ESMB I think. If I remember correctly, his time in the actual church was VERY minimal and he pretty much did his own freezoner-style thing from the get-go.
  27. RightOn Member

maybe he will want to be on the list. Can someone ask over at ESMB?
If not, we need a more accurate quote by him
  28. Anonymous Member

His time on ESMB was short-lived and evaporated once he began posting regularly on Marty's blog as "metaqual."

Very few of his comments at Marty's show up in a site search via Google for his real name. But I found this one: http://markrathbun.wordpress.com/2010/11/02/worse-than-fair-game/#comment-73173
The woo-woo woo-lovin' woo runs deep in this dude. I can't bring myself to dig into his commenting history to find something useful because I seriously doubt it exists. His remarks have always been along the line of Scientology-good when you remove it from the church and add this, that and several other things to it. So I doubt he was ever a member in good standing.

"After completing OT III in 1979"

"As a trained auditor and trained solo auditor, I was able to get fantastic gains without either agreeing with or disagreeing with the data. I just ran out what was inside of me. Movement of the TA. I would also tell you that while the Bridge was being nullified and undermined (ultimately by stupid sec checks which I never was subjected to), there were other electronic transmissions being perfected (just as Ron talked about in Scientology 8-8008 where MEST beings used electronics to implant Theta Beings) and these were being experimented on and perfected at the Montauk Air Force Station at Montauk, New york. This became my life work. It is also not a coincidence that I left Scientology in 1983 and moved to Long Island right before these project climaxed."

    "Go to http://www.skybooksusa.com
I started writing books in 1991 and wrote The Montauk Book of the Dead in 2005 to explain my background to my audience. I got an email from someone who joined the SO as a result. That certainly was not my intention!"

From someone else: I have a book called “The Montauk Book of the Dead” by Peter Moon. Most of the book discusses the author’s experiences with Scientology and I really liked it. I believe I will re-read that one today.

    From: http://www.amazon.com/Montauk-Book-Dead-Moon-Peter/dp/0967816238
"At age 27, L Ron Hubbard clinically 'died' only to discover that he could remote view. From this state of consciousness, which would later be called 'exterior', he was able to access what he termed the answers to all of the questions that had ever puzzled philosophers or the minds of men. Transcribing this information into a work entitled Excalibur, which is still under lock and key to this day, he developed one of the most controversial movements in history: Dianetics and Scientology. The truth and import of the above can only be evaluated by the all out war which was waged by governmental forces and spy agencies to obtain the legally construed rights to the above mentioned work and all of the developments and techniques that ensued from it. "The Montauk Book of the Dead" is the personal story of Peter Moon which not only pierces the mystery of death but gives an unbiased behind-the-scenes look at one of the most controversial figures in history and the bizarre legacy of his death. Read this book and expect to learn more than you ever thought possible."

The two links given (blog comment and book), individually, seem to get half-way there as far as speaking out. Two halfs make a whole?

Or better yet, maybe just the kindle version of the book where there is a "Look Inside!" preview:

    http://www.amazon.com/Montauk-Book-Dead-Peter-Moon-ebook/dp/B007TA51VW#reader_B007TA51VW

Chapter 6 and later gets into his history and increasingly criticizes the organization. I couldn't find an exact date/year he started for calculating his time in skimming through it, aside from saying it was following his graduation from high school.
