What sort of hike is it from the station?

    Re: Brighton, UK

    Google Maps FTW

However, somewhat bizarrely, when I searched for "79-83 north street, brighton" it turned up a location in the US and said that the CoS and Hubbard Dianetics Foundation are at 83 north street but when you click on either it brings up details with a UK area code. WTF?

    Re: Brighton, UK

It would be great if we can have an idea of numbers so we can duly inform the police.
We may have to split into two small groups since we are close to a very bust shopping centre with Christmas stalls and there's a lot of roadworks round there at the moment.
Would be awesome to have some London Anons here to celebrate Narc's c&d with us!

    Re: Brighton, UK

Do the scifags come out with their stress test tables when you're there, or do they employ full HideTech?

Do they come out to play at all?
  16. anonyme Member

    Re: Brighton, UK

They rarely come out at all these days.
If they do,we will be in close proximity to them and we have decided that the best thing we can do is leave them alone. We are very wary of them trying to set up some false 'harrassment' scenario.

    Re: Brighton, UK

Great to have your support London =)

I walk past the org on a daily basis, and they haven't bought out the stress table for months now. They got fed up, as we tended to tip each other off whenever the table was out, so we kept showing up and shutting them down. They didn't even participate in the last bookathon and they usually do.

    The org is dying.

    Re: Brighton, UK

Msg to London Anons coming down:

Remember, the Brighton Police have never seen a protest the size of the London ones. They're used to 5-10 of us turning up, with one megaphone and very little music. Just remember they might be a little surprised/shocked to see you all there with trollcanons etc. So try to be nice and do what they say. So far we've had a good relationship with Sussex Police, and we don't wanna get the irl b&hammer

    Re: Brighton, UK

If they're anything like the police that came to us at Saint Hill, you shouldn't have an issue.

    I bet you'll have a great time.

Route given to me by NarCONon

Go out the front entrance of the station.
Go down the big main road.
Turn right at a white clock tower.

Then you should see this (not hard to miss really)

Has Hubbard's PR guy, Graham Wilson, ever turned up at a Brighton protest?

Just curious, as he hasn't been spotted anywhere recently.

    Re: Brighton, UK

unfortunatly, no. We tend to get forgotten down in our little corner or the south east =/
  39. Re: Brighton, UK

I'm really sorry. I wanted to go but am still frigging ill - have been since before the november protest.

    Still Alive - Marcab

If folks would be so kind as to throw together some quick, one paragraph summaries of what's been going on in their local cells here, the hope is to get a nice website up compiling everything (kinda like Anonymous Resources, only with some more information about the groups). We could even *gasp* KEEP IT UP TO DATE!
