A good report from our pov.
    A good find anon.
Its a shame they consider it a secular instead of a money making/recruitment for the COS.

What is interesting in the section - Use of research-base interactive techniques, apparently narconon considerers cigarettes to be a drug yet they smoke like there is no tomorrow.

At the very bottom of the page it says it was reviewed dec 09.
But the original data was from 05

Nice find. I haven't seen this before. It's in my file for future use now.
    Executive Summary:
The NDAP program is inaccurate, misleading, ineffective and potentially counter-productive to the goal of keeping kids off of drugs.
    Other than that, it's OK.

stop-narconon.org has the series of articles written by Nanette Asimov on this subject. That review got NN asses booted out of public skool in Cali, Hawaii, Boston and Buffalo NY.

The funny thing was, NN got kicked out of Cali schools just about the same time the Scilons were planning a big "push" in Hawaii. That soared like a gut-shot loon.

The Scilons have bad timing when it comes to Hawaii. Right after they sneaked out of Albuquerque, with lots of fanfare from the local media, Second Chance prez Jewelry Joy Westrum popped up in Hawaii to flog her stupid Scilon program.

Somehow the Hawaiian state legislators heard about the clusterfuck in Albuquerque, and politely declined the offer to install Second Chance in Hawaiian prisons.

I have no idea how that happened.
