Can we has 1500 $cilons prepared to speak FOR the "religion" nao? I thinketh not. Slap on the botty from Davey if you dare speak of the tech that dare not speaketh it's'th name.

It is amusing, funny how all the bonafide, happy, honest and "free" $cientologists are... yup... they're almost anonymous. Can anybody name one now standing up for them?
Their leader isn't. Moxon doesn't count, he looks like a possum licking tiger-piss from a crooked cactus. He's in bad shape. Where is Tommy Davis?

Kirsty said nothing in the dance show about LRH. Nothing, amirite?
    Tom Cruise? Closet.
    Travolta? Closet/Wig shop.
Ain't nothing wrong with people being whatever the fuck they wants to be; but when Perez Hilton is bitchier than you are then sweetie, you need to up yo game.
Who's left? The freaky ol' lady that does the Bartman voice? Nation, please.
Hell, they could make three hundred Simpsons episodes a day for a billion year contract by recycling her lines, man, don't have a cow. Straight up software.
It's Isaac Hayes I felt bad for, now he's gone, fuck it, I like Travolta I really do because he is a good actor and he had achieved some pretty awesome admirable stuff before he even got involved with this dumb cult, but Cruise is no major loss. Little Tommy always was an unbelievable dickweed in any movie.
Maybe that one with the hookers when he was like, 19, whatever that movie was he was pretty good in that, playing a doofus kid in a world he doesn't understand.
Alley looks like a long lost salty pizza mountain that anyhow ended up at the back of the cushions on some old couch. I liked her in Cheers but even Ted Danson gives me the creeps.
Walking, talking, auditing proof that the tech is in no way improving anyone's life. What is left, when the curtains are lifted?
Of what value is the "tech" when nobody has ever gained it's "powers" Wooo!! What "powers" there are no OTs. the power simply does not exist.
If it did, the universities and governments of the world would be using it right now on all of us.
The very idea of people in masks, laughing and pointing and yelling "Xenu!" at the "churches" without at least one incident of "tech" that would scare Anonymous off, some super beingness that you bought into, none of it has happened.

Take away the plagiarized trance induction and circular theoretic - it is ALL bullshit, every last word.

It's truly cancer of the mind.
I pity the victims, but they ain't getting a dime of my money and I'm just here to watch them all fall down and pull the whole stupid fake-gold tent down with them.

tl;dr - nobody is left to defend the cult of sciloonery, oh exploitable..

We must change the title because so many on the list are not ex scientologists.
It has to read ex Church of Scientoloy members
And I think the term whistleblower does not apply to all
I like the term Spoken Out
it may encourage others to speak out, but the term whistleblower may seem more trader like to some IMO
Let me look at the original to save you some work Johhny

    ok, here is the original
We just need a few updates, throw in an Eastagte reference and the human trafficking FBI investigation, mention that the list was started in June 2009.

maybe take out this part of the first line:
    "publicly against the so-called church"
and also take out so-called church out of the second line.
I know we dont think it is a church, but I think it will sound better without out it to the media and general public?
I bolded what I thought needs changing or needs to be taken out completely.
    thoughts?

Maybe Greg will agree to send it out again once it is corrected?

List of 1,000 Former Church of Scientology Members Publicly Speak Out Against The Church

Over 1,000 former members of the Church of Scientology have spoken out publicly against the so-called church, according to a list researched and compiled by Anonymous over the last year and announced on April 11th 2010.
The individuals on the list have spoken out under their real names against the abuses seen and experienced within the so-called church despite being subjected to Scientology’s “Fair Game” policy, which gives members permission to destroy its critics. Most former members do not ever speak out against the church, largely because of this policy.
The stories told by these ex-members are similar to the revelations made recently by former members speaking out against Scientology in highly visible stories in the New York Times, the St. Petersburg Times, and most recently, in a five-part series on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360. According to the Church of Scientology, these former members are “liars” and “apostates” with an agenda to destroy the church. Anonymous wonders whether Scientology will also call all 1,000 of these former members liars.

The list, which continues to grow daily, contains many names of individuals who no longer practice Scientology at all as well as many others who do. What they have in common is that each of them has decided to step forward and tell the world what happened during their time within organized Scientology. While their backgrounds vary widely, their stories are similar and many themes run throughout: rigid control of information, enforced disconnection from loved ones who are critical of the group, zealous campaigns to squeeze money from members, physical and emotional abuse of children and adults, slave labor camps designed to reinforce indoctrination, and many other disturbing practices. The problem is not limited to any particular country. Their compelling stories emerge from numerous countries all around the world spanning decades.

Anonymous now celebrates the compilation and publication of a thousand-strong list of human voices no longer silenced, and never again alone. *You can find the list online here: http://wiki.whyweprotest.net/Former_Church_of_Scientology_members_who_have_spoken_out . Documentation is provided for each name included in the list.
All remaining victims or observers of abuse within organized Scientology are invited to speak out and add their names and their messages.
We hope that the courage shown by those named on this list empowers more people to come forward with their stories of abuse, and ultimately prevents such abuses from ever taking place again.

Since February 2008, Anonymous has protested the crimes and abuses of the “Church of Scientology” and its many front groups. These protests, as well as public awareness efforts like the Big List, will continue.

    Do you mean "traitor"?

I like the term whistleblower (obviously) and I do think it applies to anybody speaking out about abuses, but if that word's not agreeable then of course it can go.

I don't really care which text we use if everybody is (reasonably) happy with whatever.

Anyway I am busy today so I won't be able to be here again for about 10 hours. I'll check in quickly before I leave but any further substantial contributions from me will have to wait until I get back.
  19. RightOn Member

yeah lol! I spelled it wrong.
I like the way the old one reads. Will have to take a vote on it.
I don't like the term whistleblower. but others may.

Just made a list of the "I am a scientologist" websites as published by Don Carlo on OCMB. (It is not a exact match to what Don Carlo made due to technical problems with character sets.)

    http://ocmb.xenu.net/ocmb/viewtopic.php?p=33235#p33235

There are 14259 on (my version of) that list. 6600 of them are NOT known in the Completions (exact name search). This is about 46%.

    Jeeez....

There are >50 people on that list that hold a PhD. They are:

Dr. Arlen J. Lieberman, Dr. Brad Hagemo, Dr. Bradley Shapero, Dr. Calvin George, Dr. Cameron Lee Moorehead, Dr. Charles Watts, Dr. David Cook, Dr. David Foster, Dr. David Langford, Dr. David Singer, Dr. Diane E. Krieger, Dr. Donna Shannon, Dr. Earnest Baustein, Dr. Elizabeth Weidlich, Dr. George Springer, Dr. Greg Shipp, Dr. Harry Wong, Dr. James W. Gatza, Dr. Jayson Bromboz, Dr. Jeannette K. Yates-Buckles, Dr. Jeff Demercy, Dr. Jerry Gray, Dr. Jim Gill, Dr. Jim Valentine, Dr. Joni Ginsberg, Dr. Kate McDonough, Dr. Kathleen S. Winn, Dr. Kathryn Anne Thompson, Dr. Kia McCullen, Dr. Laszlo Sichnik, Dr. Lee Vickers, Dr. Linda DuPont, Dr. Mark S. Valinsky, Dr. Melodie M. Billiot, Dr. Michael E. Teifke, Dr. Norman Zucker, Dr. Peter Smilovits, Dr. Rene Reed, Dr. Richard A. Engel, Dr. Richard Lacy, Dr. Rick Argall, Dr. Ron Drucker, Dr. Ronni Valentine, Dr. Russ D. Fazio, Dr. Scott A. Newquist, Dr. Stan Gale, Dr. Steven D. Price, Dr. Tim Fargo, Dr. Vikki Petersen, Dr. Wayne E. Sygman, Dr. Wayne Watanabe, Dr. William Eickhoff, Dr. Zenon M. Duda

Of course I don't know if they bought their PhD from Sequioa University, the diploma mill where LRH bought his own PhD. :p

Oh, and also I looked if any of the Dutch people on Don Carlo's list have spoken out. Too bad, none of them did. :(

From that list, Brad Hagemo is an eye doctor. It's a safe bet, though, that a good number of them are dentists and chiropractors.

The ScienoSitter list is rather old and mostly uses websites. Anyhow, I did give it a try and compared the Scieno Sitter list with

    a. The Completions
    b. The Enemies list
    c. The list of exes

These are the results, which show the limitations of an exact name comparison:

All of the following names are in the Scieno Sitter list.

    1. The following names are ALSO in the List of exes, but not on the other list(s).

Andre Tabayoyon, Heidrun Beer, Jana Moreillon, Joe Cisar, Joe Harrington, Joe Larabell, Kim Baker, Martin Ottmann, Mary Tabayoyon, Monica Pignotti, Patrick Jost, Perry Scott, Robert Vaughn Young, Robin Scott, Roland Rashleigh-Berry, Steve Whitlatch, Ted Mayett, Tony Bosnakoudis, Zane Thomas

Remark: something strange is going on here. E.g. Andre Tabayoyon is on the Clear List from Auditor 155 ( http://www.truthaboutscientology.com/stats/clears/auditor_155.html ) but it looks like there is no other page for him. I click on his name and I get an error....?

    2. The following names are ALSO in the Completions, but not on the other list(s).

David Alexander, David Carter, Helena Kobrin, John Smith, Lisa McPherson, Marc Yager, Neil Woods, Ray Mithoff, Rob Clark, Steve Heller, Warren McShane

    3. The following names are ALSO on the Enemies list, but not on the other list(s).

    Bill Decarle, Koos Nolst Trenite

    4. The following names are ALSO on the Enemies list and the list of Exes, but not on the other list(s).

David Mayo, Dennis Erlich, Gerry Armstrong, Jon Atack, Julie Mayo, Ralph Hilton, Roger Gonnet, Steven Fishman

    5. The following names are ALSO in the Completions and the Enemies list:

Bruce Taylor, Jane Kember, Jeff Lee

    6. The following names are ALSO in all three other lists:

    Bent Corydon, Martin Hunt

If Anonymous has any more wishes for analyzing lists I'd be happy to help.

EDIT: Marty just put out a list, working on it...
  26. moarxenu Member

  27. TrevAnon Member

I also compared the Scieno Sitter list to the list of people who (used to) have an "I am a Scientologist" website.

Only John Smith and Neil Woods show up. Now going to Marty's list...
  28. TrevAnon Member

The following 107 names are on Marty's list, they are in the Completions, but they are NOT on the List of Exes while there were 1474 names on that list. Look however at the data of Marty's list - it's the beginning of 2010 that his document was made.

Aleeda Keys, Alex Lee, Andrea Lombard, Anne Mattison, Austin Mattison, Bill Greenwalt, Bill Hilbers, Bob Brennan, Bob Lotter, Bodil Dinges, Brad Kamph, BRION McKENNA, Bruce Lyons, Burt Price, Carolann McDonald, Charlie Braun, Chris Davies, Christian Peritore, Clare Rubel, Dagnachew Alemayehu, Dan La Porte, Darren Collins, Dave Thomas, David Manago, Dawn Armando, Deborah Haggis, Deniece Slabaugh, Doug Owen, Eileen Peacock, Elizabeth Stevens, Evan Thomas, Ford Dodds, Frank Blakely, Frank Scudder, Garth Lombard, Gus Garcia, Jackie Anderson, Jamie Sorrentini, Jason Argall, Jayne Greenwalt, Jerry Keane, Jill Coleman, Jim Madia, John Harman, John Phillips, John Svinos, John Wolfe, Jon Lebeda, Jonathan Cole, Jonathan Wray, Joni Marchese, Jose Ramirez, Juan Patron, Karen Mitchell, Kathy Braceland, Kathy Owen, Kelli Ciotti, Kelli Kamph, Ken Jenkins, Ken Traeger, Kim Lemkau, Kimberly Nesvig, Kodi Dodds, Leo Lombard, Lisa Fine, Liz King, Lynn Campbell, Maria Lotter, Mariela Parilli, Mariella Hosseini, Mark Elliot, Marty Gutman, Mary Jo DePhillips, Matt Argall, Matt Merkovich, Matt Prados, Mike Feher, Mike Reppen, Nancy McKenna, Nick Carroll, Nick Stephens, Nikki Lotz, Nitza Freeman, Pat Adeff, Pat Mattison, Patricia Curtis, Pauline Lombard, Ramiro Nateras, Richard Berman, Rob Fishel, Robert Huerta, Robert M. Brown, Roberta Actor-Thomas, Rowena Kaleopa, Sherry Many, Stephanie Kilpatrick, Steve Craig, Steve Marchese, Sunny Wilkinson, Sylvie Berman, Tim Johnson, Tina Johnson, Todd Lemkau, Tom Feher, Tom Provenzano, Valerie Manago, Virginia Peritore

There are false positives on the list (like Kathy Braceland who is on the list as Kathy Jo Braceland) but there is definitely potential in this list. E.g. Bodil Dinges has posted on Marty's blog: http://markrathbun.wordpress.com/2011/06/23/exodus/#comment-131211 . So she can be added!!

If you find evidence for anyone of the above persons speaking out please put a post on the Big List Thread http://forums.whyweprotest.net/threads/big-list-of-over-1500-exes-who-have-spoken-out.57290/
  29. Anonymous Member

Lynn Campbell is on the list already as "Lynn Fountain Campbell".

ok, I am not a grammar or spelling fag, so Johhny we need you!
I tweaked and updated the original press release.
I am rushed for time because I have lots going on right now.

Please comment on anything you think needs changing, adding whatever. I dont want to make it too long, but I thought that the recent COS cases/news had to be included.
But let's not drag on with this and argue about little silly things, we need to get this out ASAP!
I am asking if there is anyone who would be willing to contact Tony Ortega of the Village Voice about the growth of this list.
He just recently did a story on the dissafected scilon list, so this will tie in nicely with that story.
Do not send him the release below. It is unfinished.

The Big List of Ex Cult Of Scientology Members Who Have Spoken Out Reaches Over 1,500!

Over 1,500 + former members of the Cult of Scientology have spoken out publicly against the "church", according to a list researched and compiled by Anonymous over the last two years. The list was started in June of 2009.

The individuals on this list have spoken out under their real names against the abuses seen and experienced within the so-called "church" despite being subjected to Scientology’s “Fair Game” policy, which gives members permission to destroy its critics. Many former members will never speak out, largely because of this policy and also because of the fear of family and friend disconnection. But two years later since the list's start, more ex members are getting the courage to come forward and tell their stories.

The media is losing it's shyness reporting on Scientology. The Austrailian media has been very influential in removing the Cult of Scientology's veil of secrecy over the past two years and is slowly chipping away at its crimes and abuses. Especially with the recent arrest of Scientology CHHR's (The Citizen's Commission of Human Rights) global representative Jan Eastgate, who was arrested for perversion of justice involving her alleged cover up a four year child molestation case which took place between church members in Austrialia. Australia's Senator, Nick Xenophon has spear headed a Charities Commmission project which will look into tax exemption of religions and the social benefit they do or do not provide the community. The "church" is also under investigation by the FBI for human trafficking.

This ex list, which continues to grow daily, contains many names of individuals who no longer practice Scientology, as well as many others who do.

Anonymous celebrates the expanse of this list with fifteen hundred plus strong voices who are no longer silenced or alone.
*You can find the list online here: http://wiki.whyweprotest.net/Former_Church_of_Scientology_members_who_have_spoken_out . Documentation is provided for each name included in the list.
All remaining victims or observers of abuse within organized Scientology are invited to speak out and add their names and their stories.
We hope that the courage shown by those named on this list empowers more ex members to come forward with their stories of dishenchantment, abuse and financial drain, and ultimately prevents others from getting involved.

Since February 2008, Anonymous has protested the crimes and abuses of the Cult of Scientology and its many secretive front groups. These protests, as well as public awareness efforts like the Big Ex List, will continue until they are brought to justice.

thanks Sponge, I asked JohhnyRU to weigh in on the grammar
as soon as that is done and if people are ok with the above it will be a go
  33. Sponge Member

I had just ran it through MS Word. In addition to a couple of spelling/typo errors, it had replaced an "it's" with an "its", a "who" with a "that". But, yeah, best run it through the resident human grammar nazi to be sure.

    thanks <3
this press release I changed "church" to cult in most parts. and put italics if I used church elsewhere
I figured screw it, it's what they are!

    bump!
anyone else want to weigh in on this before we send in the press release?
  36. Anonymous Member

Apparently not. Get that thing out plx...

If it is not too much work for mods then /r/

    1. Making a thread about press release for 1500 milestone from posts in this thread
    2. Making a thread about research to get names to go after proof of speaking out from posts in this thread
    3. Closing the original thread with the call to arms
  38. it needs a bit of revision. Ill talk to gregg about a press release
  39. RightOn Member

    yawn.....slept in......
yes we should close this thread and perhaps make a new thread for research
but that gets a tad confusing, because some people will post new names to go on the wiki in the research thread. All new names should still be posted in the regular thread which just had a title change.( for the number change)
Unless we state in the research thread OP that it is strictly for research.
