    Take care of your feet - they are your only way home!

    No more sandels, no more open shoes!

    If you do not have boots, consider taking a bandage, and wrapping your ankle as though it were sprained, before going to protest. Do it over a sock for the sweat.

    Or - wear two pairs of socks or three, to tighten your shoes, do not make them numbed.

    When you need to run and step on rock, when you need to jump over yard wall, or over hood, (or Basiji) - or get shoved off a curb or sidewalk - you want stiff ankle, to support foot.

    clean your skin with alcohol and shave carefully.
    apply tape as a figure 8,firm but not tight.
    can increase resistance to a sprain by over 100%
  3. tip from a girl who wears heels all the time

    after a lot of walking, soak your feets in hot water mixed with epsom salts for the pain.
