In some places, you can only record video - so you need to disable the microphone - in other places you can record freely. Not your lawyer,etc.

This is the camera that have. I use it as a backup as not to put my main one at risk. The whole point of this is to be able to interview sci fags with out them knowing they are on camera.

Re: Cell Phone Camera Watch There are various new spy gadgets on the market. Before you buy any, make sure the video and audio is up to scratch. Most of the gadgets record audio in 8khz, although a few newer models record audio in 22khz. Also, in nearly all of the spy gadgets, the maximum resolution that the CCD produces is 640x480. Any models that advertise recording at 720/980/1024 simply stretch the CCD image. tl;dr: Look for 640x480 or 720x480 30FPS and 22Khz audio.
