Yippeee! The felony charge has been DROPPED! There will be no prosecution! I can't tell you all how relieved I am about this. The support and caring I've received from all of you has kept me strong and continues to make me strong. I do have to address the TRO now. I will keep you all apprised of how that goes. For those of you who have donated for my defense: as you can see, there were five motions filed by Lirot; I have met with him twice for a total of about 4 1/2 hours; and Tim Dandar represented me in court for the TRO/injunction for about a little less than 2 hours of time. I have no idea how many hours Lirot and his staff have put in to my defense. I want you all to know that I feel very well represented. I am so grateful and appreciative for all the support---even some of those domed comments made me smile. I'll let y'all try to sort out which one's. I know nothing more about any of this and even had to ask my favorite legal eagle what the hell the "No Information" letter means. I'd dance around in joy, but I don't wanna break a hip!
