This is plausible. But always attack never defend would come up immediately. plus who's to say the guy wouldn't turn right around and just give the photos to a rag. Much better for them to make the Travolta's victims and the other 3 the villains and then get the photos suppressed during the legal part of the whole situation.

Well, there has to be a reason why the Travoltas are trying to bury those photos so fiercely, thus indicating that they are either extremely incriminating, or extremely embarrassing.

Either way, if they're even remotely responsible for Jett's death, they should be held accountable.

I'm not sure the presence of blood would prove anything either way, pictures of Jett when he was alive seem to suggest the lad was prone to biting into his lip when he was seizing. I'm not even sure all this talk of pictures isn't a red herring.
I think the timeline is an issue, and whether lawyers/little Davey/local pols were called before an ambulance, and the whereabouts of the mannies (any sitrep on 'Eli' yet?)

I agree that the photos could be a red herring. The more that comes out about this situation the worse it stinks. I have a feeling that unless some serious digging is done on this story it is going to be swept under the rug. Unfortunately the press is scared shitless about digging into this at least in the US. And the fact that the Travolta's being put out there as "victims" to garner extra sympathy is pretty evident.
