Chicago Postgame - Dec. 11th, 2010 Well, I'm not gonna lie, the weather sucked today. We knew precipitation was coming, so we were actually hoping it to be a bit colder so we'd get snowed on. But no luck, it was a cold rain all day long. That made it one of the more challenging protests we've done to date. Still we had a handful of people out there for some good, clean fun and a few hours of getting the message out, at least. We were at an intersection near our org this month, but not right in front of it, due to some ongoing legal stuff about how close we're allowed to get. Like usual, the place seemed fairly dead except for some staff walking around. I understand there were some guys from Flag in town too, and I'm pretty sure at least a few of them saw us, so yay for that bonus. They were no doubt trying to squeeze out more money, but I don't know how many people around here they have left to ask. The org's appearance was actually was actually looking pretty good for a change. I think the decoration of the pole in front of their building was done by the city, but there were some Christmas trees and stuff inside the shop windows which looked cute. Mediocre photos: ^ Bark against Scientology! Short video maybe coming later next week, nothing to get too excited about.
