HA HA HA!!!! No need to poon Voigts! this is a riot! From 2014: Snip: "Only a few weeks ago City Council member Scott Voigts was reported to be falsely claiming he was the “Mayor of Lake Forest” while trying to solicit contributions to his campaign fund. When that information was published several people stepped forward to say that, in addition to using the title in his e-mail, Voigts was going around introducing himself as the Mayor. While it’s true that Voigts was the Mayor in 2013, he is no longer the Mayor, and while entitled to call himself “former Mayor”, the implication that he is still Mayor is clearly false. Using a false title to solicit money may even be a crime. It certainly is another example of how loose Voigts’ moral principles are. Click here for previous information about Voigts’ behavior. he most recent example of Voigts’ disregard for the law and his belief that he is “above the law” happened Tuesday night. A few months ago the City passed an ordinance that allowed campaign signs to be placed in the public right of way and on private property beginning 45 days before election day. In a letter to candidates on September 16, the City Clerk made sure that those candidates who were math impaired were aware that the date to put out signs was September 20th. That didn’t stop Voigts from putting up his signs in violation of the law. Ironically Voigts fought hard for that law and was involved in writing it, so he can’t claim ignorance of the law. After receiving several complains, Lake Forest enforcement staff ordered Voigts to cease and desist, then went around and documented Voigt’s violations. The Voigts sign in the picture was at the Lake Forest corner of Bake Pkwy and Trabuco. Several more signs were reported on Bake and even more were reported near Rockfield and Lake Forest Drive. There were also signs on the Irvine side of Bake Pkwy, however, those signs did not violate the Lake Forest laws. http://patch.com/california/lakeforest-ca/councilman-scott-voigts-caught-violating-campaign-law
The current Mayor of Lake Forest is Donald P. Schoenheider So the REAL Mayor was not present Looks like the COS is padding the truth in their fluff piece? Oh it's so fluffy! Wow, this is the best they can do? Rebekah Coltman is listed as- Emergency Management Program Coordinator Adelekan: If she isn't a Scientologist, i would be very surprised. If not, she is one HUGE shill that has been doing it for years The 2015 "Educators Hall of Fame" Gala was held at the COS "CEO and Founder of the Youth-on-the-Move International Educators' Hall of Fame, Dr. Patricia Adelekan, highlighted the history and purpose of the connection between the Youth-on-the-Move, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth educational group and the International Educators' Hall of Fame: "Youth-on-Move, Inc. started in 1985 out of a need to find positive role models and mentors to help youth succeed in life." In 1993, The Educators' Hall of Fame was created to help supply some of the positive community role models. "It takes a village to raise a child," added Adelekan. "So we engaged educators and other positive role models to help our youth succeed." Bob Adams from the COS was also present. "Inducted with honors was W.E.B. Dubois (1868-1963), the first Black person to graduate from Harvard University, an educator, writer, sociologist, scholar and American civil rights activist. I was wondering what the hell a "Mayor Emeritus" was. Stupid jerks, emeritus is not the same as ex! A professor emeritus is still a professor. They might be retired or senile, but are still a professor. Scott Voigts is no longer any kind of mayor. Perhaps he's senile?
http://www.lakeforestca.gov/590/City-Council-Members Apparently Lake Forest has a mayor and a "mayor pro-tem". I guess the corruption is so thick, it takes more than one person to handle it. A vote for recall didn't quite get them this year: http://www.ocregister.com/articles/signatures-718025-recall-mayor.html
Getting them fined would do justice. If I saw the intruding signs, I would move them to the nearest recycling receptical and stack them beside it, clearing the sidewalk for people to use.
