I just got off the phone with Pepsi and here was the feedback I got. The issue of the CLC promoting multiple votes from each person each day is not a violation and is well within the rules. On the other hand, they were very worried about the connection to Scientology. It does look as if currently the CLC is now in the top 10 ranking and if the CLC does win they told me they will do a rigorist investigation in to the CLC to see if it violates the rules before they give over any money.

You are encouraged to email them and provide facts that support that the CLC is a religious organization, promotes a religious ideology, alternative medicine or a any other issue that violates the rules.

I would also suggest that other competitors ranking below the CLC should be given notice and the contact info for complaining as it will clearly be in their interest.
