The never-before-leaked CD-ROM electronic index and
complete collection of Scientology admin tech materials

1quickreferencefindercd.jpg

This CD contains an electronic indexing program that helps anyone find any reference in the complete library of what corporate Scientology refers to as "the Admin Tech".

Oh... here... you'll need a copy of this CD (QRF.zip, this is a zipped-up ISO file from which you can make your own copy of the CD)
and its cover & inserts (Quick Reference Finder CD.pdf).
You'll need to keep the CD in the drive to operate the program. And I'm sure some WWP-visiting techie will make a post in this thread about how you can take an ISO file and make an actual CD.

I know, I know... it's a really old program (1993) but it's such a simple Visual Basic program that works on any machine now (2009). Works great on Windows XP machines. The CD program is a very simple indexing program that allows you to type in some keywords and it will find you the book and page number where the words are found. The words need not be side-by-side in the text. For example, you can search for "crime" and "punish" and find out that there are 13 occurrences found in various books and lectures.

5punishcrime.jpg

The indexing program does not show you the complete reference... you need to have the actual book and the correct version of the book. What... did you say you don't have the correct version? Well here you go, then.

In case you need the "admin dictionary" to understand Hubbard's/Scientology's esoteric language, here is one.

And if you're curious about the OEC "courses" themselves, here are the checksheets.

Re: Collection of Scientology admin tech electronic index and materials

This leak is fabulous!

First of all, I've never seen this CD leaked. I always wanted one of these things and have borrowed from others, but never had one myself because it cost like $300 - just for an index! This CD is supposed to cover the entire collection of Hubbard Management Technology (aka "admin tech" by the scientologists).

In other words this is what Hubbard wrote as the POLICIES AND PROCEDURES for running a Scientology org, and it is marketed to Scientologists as appropriate for their regular business.

So if you wanted to find out about scientology polices on any subject, use this tool.

Note: This does NOT cover the auditing technologies and so can be said to be purely the business policies and procedures as divorced from the "religious" or "beliefs" aspects of scientology. As critics of the Church of Scientology, and to avoid being called "religious bigots" or being accused of "religious discrimination", this is the scientology information that can be used to show their stupid policies while not touching on their "religious beliefs".

For example, and in the wake of Aaron Saxton's great points he makes, you will notice that thought there are policies on where you keep your papers and other minutia of running a business, there are no "personal welfare" policies for their "employees".

And yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. Though the Church of Scientology calls all its staff members "volunteers" nowadays, L. Ron Hubbard never called them such... and always used the term "employee". Do a search on "volunteer" and another on "employee" and you'll get the picture loud and clear.

I notice the version of these OEC volumes are new leaks:

Though the freezoners have scanned OECs before, this version has never been leaked to my knowledge. This is the version that is currently in use in the scientology orgs and missions.

The Church of Scientology uses a newer version of the Management Series (released in the year 2000?) but these are the version that matches the CD's page numbers:

This admin dictionary is the first one I've seen that is OCR'd (which I notice all the other books in this leak are, too):
And you can't miss the puns and digs in the send off!

Great post/leak, TSWL!

tl;dr version - download this leak. it's cool

Re: Collection of Scientology admin tech electronic index and materials

Just as knowing the admin "side" of Scn tech is valuable, knowing the "other stuff" is even more important.

That way, one can know when things like reverse processes are being run, low level wavelengths are being exuded and one can very easily spot the goons trying to do such things...even if they are doing a good job pretending to be "one of you".

Thanks to L. Ron hubbard and all his clones, it's very textbook...and so easy to spot...if you know what to look for.

This is an epic leak, I just haven't found the time to really dig into it over Christmas...

Now I've found I can't get the QRF program to run :\
I'm using 7 x64 ultimate and even with compatibility it won't run sadly.

However all the pdf's are properly OCR'd, search-able and work great!
A goldmine of useful data, many thanks leaker.

Might be because of the 64bit processor. I think you might be to run it in a virtualbox 32bit OS image.

Could these be the same "Green Volumes" that NN TR uses by the Case Supervisor
when he is going ever student Case Files? I was there when cases of Green Volumes arrived
and the CS was beaming with joy.

Then I saw one of the books (they are big books) open and the SC reading it with a Student File
open next to it? It's somewhat important to me because I explained this to a government investigator,
but wasn't sure what the books were called, except for (Scientology) Green Volumes?

.
27. adhocrat Member

The management volumes are the same AFAIK, in all instances.
Green volumes is actually the common term used in scientology for the HCOPL books

Green = management tech
Red = auditing Tech

Yes, these are indeed the 'green volume'. However the Case Supervisor series and associated case handling polices are in the red volumes. Just to confuse things....

Volume #4 of "the green volumes" is actually the hat writeup (job description) for Division 4 which includes the Department of Training (and the Dept of Technology). The C/S for Students might have been checking/correcting/evaluating the work of students with his own "hat writeup" (green vol 4) sitting next to him.

Is anyone here capable of a program update on this Index to run on Windows 7 ?
31. Anonymous Member

:D

Sound familiar somehow.
32. Clusterdux Member

It's a Win3.x program. This means it will work for EVERYBODY if run in Windows 3.11 installed inside Dosbox. Win7, OSX, Linux, whatever....
33. These links above are unfortunately dead :(

Does anyone have a working link for the admin tech index CD?

Please:)
