We have found the Scilon ice planet base and they have no tow-cables. Send in the walkers!

Srs biz indeed. We better man the harpoon.

No, but I took Chrystal Meth. Can I still join the Sea Org? :D

Apparently. They have the sunburst graphics and everything!

Wonder if they have the actual cash to finish this project. They seem to be failing in other places around the world IE Ideal Orgs that remain closed and trashed.

Funny, but it's a point that I myself made a few times early on in my other life as an automaton. What about other drugs? But they aren't on the (short) list of stuff teh "big man" said. So, LSD and Angel Dust are bad, anything else? Not so much.

Enjoy the Meth - other than collapsing your nervous system, adding years of aging in just weeks, and making your teeth fall out, it's all-but-endorsed by Scientology! Nothing like a little paint thinner and brake cleaner, injected into your bloodstream, to make a good day!

PS: I'll stick to a smooth, strong, red Cabernet or Shiraz, thanks...

    Scientology's orange lie

The roofs aren't that orange colour, nor are they in such good shape. They're still exactly the same colour as the Google Maps view.

Scientology's orange lie is strictly Photoshop.

This is perhaps off-topic, but hey, sometimes you just have to take a break! Yesterday was great weather (for November) and today was going to be even better, and probably the best until spring in May. So there was no way that I was going to stay in front of the computer and waste my time with CoS.

I rode forth and went hiking on the Bruce Trail instead. It was just a few kms hiking, but those ravines plunge deep down, and then you have to walk up again, wearing a heavy motorcycle jacket. It was a pity that the leaves were all off the trees.

Here are some of my pictures (70ish) of the trail:
NatureTrail pictures by MockerRule - Photobucket

The route, except that I continued along almost to 3rd line and back:

    The trail rules:

Leave with thanks, yup. Take nothing but photographs. Cool!

A dirty brown-orangish roof (camera was shooting into the sun mostly):

Another shot of the non-shooped roof:

    A different non-shooped roof:

    Escape over the barb-less wire:

Anyway, I hope no one minds my going off topic like this, but it was such a nice day, I thought I'd share.

Nice photos of your Sunday hike.

Re: Come do your OTs in Canada!

I admit that I was a little disappointed. I was hoping for a Checkpoint Charlie in the middle of the trail or maybe a stress-test table.

    Gold Base North? NOT!

Were I to do it over, I would hesitate to run to Canaduh for upper level processing.

Short answer: word clearing--would probably take a bunch of extra time over spelling differences.

I wonder if there is a study to show how wasteful Canada is with ink...all those extra letters. For gawd sakes cowing to some silly French speaking people instead of insisting on "English". Tsk tsk.

Maybe Canada has secular laws against privately owned religious prison camps with razor wire and aggressive unlicensed religious security guards.

Another friggin prison in the middle of nowhere - just like Gold Base

When have they ever bothered about the local wog laws until they got smacked with the rolled-up newspaper of justice?

With hikers strolling right through the property...

Any word on the harpoons fired earlier this summer to locals and local media?

    Hey Mr Hampster...

How did you get the Bruce Trail overlay on Google Maps? That's very useful as I walk the trail almost every weekend with my roommates. In fact, I know I've walked that side trail but I didn't know that was a scilon compound.

Re: Come do your OTs in Canada!

Alt-PrtScn captures, Paint.NET, 50% transparency on the side trail map, and adjust it until it seems to match. Quick and dirty. Next time, I'd bring a compass and GPS to locate the buildings in the pictures exactly.

That picture of L. Ron Fucktard cracks me up. His hat is so low on his head. Looks like a real dork.
    Reminds me of Benny Hill.

EDITED: I am referring to the picture on post #84

Oh and thanks for posting the picks from your Sunday hike!

Now why would you put that comment in post #104 in a thread, and not provide any link to what you're talking about, or just even put the pic in your post? Meanie!

    Thanks.

You did such a good job with it I thought it was an actual Google feature. I know Google will eventually, but I hope they put the trail on sooner than later.

Re: Come do your OTs in Canada!

    Ah. Thanks.

Not sure I agree with your impression of it though. However, I'm not that familiar with navy caps, so you could be right and me just sitting here with my bowl of dix.

You know when Benny Hill poses and salutes? That's the one I am talking about.
But... it's probably only the way I see it.

Nice find. Louanne's already on the comments.

The fact that they would use the "maple leaf" in their ad rubs me the wrong way.

That's okay. Louanne don't know shit 'bout my escarpment zone.

...and whining about the news site being lame for not posting their propaganda, but not without letting us know how they treat members who dare to have doubts and leave. Nice "religion" you got there, "LouanneLee"....not.
