We still have a long ways to go yet, but as one very close Anon friend sent to me in an email today: Hi Dave ".....Until now, you have been dealing with the Quebec Labour Standards Commision (Commission des normes du travail), whose mission was to determine if your complaint has merit. On July 27, 2010, the Labour Standards Commission decided that your case does have merit. This is an important milestone and you have passed it with success....." It really does feel like a "milestone" because accepting the Harassment complaint as it was presented/submitted, opens the door to the other issues and incidents of Harassment and will hit them hard with their Credibility. There are many more documents to submit and present at the upcoming Hearing which will address their Credibility, (or lack of it). Cheers

This liability is incumbent upon the employer itself and not upon the alleged perpetrator of the psychological harassment. The liability lies with the employer to provide its employees with equitable and reasonable work conditions and to respect their health, security, dignity and psychological and physical integrity. Consequently, as soon as it becomes aware of a situation of harassment, the employer is required to take the appropriate steps and the necessary action to put an end to it. This implies the existence and implementation of a procedure which is known, efficient and adapted to the reality of each business in order to enable the disclosure of cases of harassment and the rapid and objective handling thereof. In its capacity as primary organizer of the work, only the employer may exercise the requisite authority in order to guarantee a healthy work environment free of harassment. Lack of knowledge of a situation of harassment on the part of the employer will not allow it to escape liability, all the more so in the event of the negligence or wilful blindness of the latter when confronted with a situation of harassment, in which case, the employer incurs liability. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As each employee of Narconon is under the Policies and Doctrines of Scientology, when a situation of Harassment occurs and is reported to a Supervisor or "Up Line" to Executives, the staff member who is alledged to have comitted an act of Harassment, in many cases become immune to approach according to their "Stats" and position in the "Condition Formula". If this staff member is in a high ranking position ib "Affluence", not much is usually done to correct the Harassment or any other behaviour. Even writing a "Knowledge Report" against this person, such as, "Things That Shouldn't Be", can turn around and bite the staff member who wrote it, instead of the person comitting the offence being held accountable? Pretty sick system eh'?

Has the Name at the Land Tittles Registry Office changed recently? I knew something was up as soon as their Narconon Canada Continental Office web site was shut down? My guess is that they may look at Ontarion to open the next Narconon when June 2011 approaches and they must be Accredited in Quebec. That option was discussed while I was at NN TR? With any luck, the Federal Government will step in and impliment a Law similar to Quebec's, which will govern ALL of Canada?
Re: Complaints Against Narconon T-R: Gov is investigating Reflecting Back to Memories of Many Sleepless Nights: When I faced the Narconon Trois Rivieres Rehabilitaion Compound and glanced at the many offices and course room areas, mental images flashed me back to some terrible, horrifying events that ocurred while I was a Patient and Staff member. Patients being exploited, brain washed, and having their minds controlled in subtle, evil methods; Staff members working in confusion and fear; and when many of the fragmented pieces came together in one picture, it tells a story of mahem and chaos like a science fiction movie of unimagineable events. The Narconon Program is a sham; It's a $23,000.00 all inclusive, three to five month period of utter nonsense and confusion to the Patients and even to many of the unqualified recent graduates who became staff members. In my opinion, Narconon, (a Front Group for the church of scientology for money and recruitment into the church), should be closed permanently world wide. For the safety and health and welfare of the suffering, it should not be permitted to operate in the Country of Canada. It is only a matter of time before another Patient dies or barely escapes death, happens again. And the unseen mental damage during and following the program at Narconon has untold consequences to many of these victims. I stared at the Narconon building longer than I had wanted to; but this was to hide the tears from the other protesters and Media. Yes, I was "Visibly Upset" as noted by Media; a very unexpected reaction indeed. Why would I go back to the place that had caused me so much grief and sleepless nights, I thought? Was this another mistake, I thought to myself? At that moment, it was difficult for me to compose myself to turn around and face the other people who were there. I think I was so upset because of not only the terrible "event memories", but because I knew there were vulnerable patients inside those rooms, who were suffering unduly. They were helpless and at the beck and call and demands of the scientologists. I knew many of them needed medical and professional therapists to work through and be guided through their individual and complex circumstances and illnesses. But at Narconon, each person is prescibed the same medicine; the same prescription of eight L. Ron Hubbard Scientology Doctrine Books. Any request to see an outside therapist, phsychologist, or other recognized medical professional is mostly ignored and shunned. Pain medication or other medications prescribed by a personal physician is withheld in many cases and the patient curls up in a corner or lays on his bed in pain; tears soaking their pillow. Only a private rehab facility would get away with such negligent non-care of patients. No public care facility would be permitted to continue to operate under such cruel and exploitive conditions and behaviour? I thank God that Social Services and the Government Health Department agencies are finally taking action and mandating "Certification" of ALL rehab facilities in Quebec, which takes effect next July 2011. But what about the rest of Canada? Must we protest in each and every Province across Canada as they move to dodge and avoid these new "Public Safety Laws", or can the Federal Government step in with a Law which prevents their operations in and for ALL of Canada? What would it take or what is the procedure for having a meeting with the Quebec Health Minister and the Ministry of Education in the Capital City of Quebec, (that being the City of Quebec of Course)? Is there a procedure to present a "Private Members Bill" to Parliament, as there is in B.C. and other Provinces or some type of Hearing where evidence and testimomy can be submitted or presented to our governing representatives which may enable and ensure the safety, security, and health of vulnerable handicaps and furthermore, establish restrictions on what can and can not be presented, taught, or lectured to out innocent school children under the guise of a "Drug Prevention and Education Program. whereas the true nature of the visit to these young vulnerable school children is Scientology Propaganda which in some cases leads down the path of recruitment at a later time of vulnerability? Any Quebec Law or Political Anon experts have any advice ;-)

Quebec takes a very dim view of these types of tactics and the Commission does have authority to step in if need be. The Gov is asking me to send in another statement which may name other entities which could cover any assett transfers etc. Because these other entities had knowledge and control over the operations of Narconon Trois Rivieres, (including some named Executives), and were advised of the allegations and took no action to prevent any further occurances, liabilty expands. Some of dox and info I have and money paper trail can't be changed now; they will have some sensitive questions to answer.

The record of complaints filed with the Commission des normes du travail (Quebec's Labour Standards Board) attests to this: nearly 5,000 complaints have been filed with the Commission since 2004, with only 320 being referred to the Commission des relations du travail (Quebec's Labour Relations Board) for a hearing and no more than fifteen actual decisions relating to psychological harassment being rendered to date.

Why so long? I mentioned a couple of times of possible criminal charges against Narconon and it's Representatives. One of these is through the chanels available through the Canada Competition Bureau. Competition Bureau - False or Misleading Representations On June 29, 2010, the Quebec Government RE: Commission des relations du travail (Quebec's Labour Relations Board), File# 630022339, following a lengthy investigation accross Canada interviewing witnesses. came to the conclusion that the alleged harassment by the named employer to myself, has merit and meets the criteria of the Act to qualify as Psycological Harassment. This case will now move forward to a Hearing. This decision by the Quebec Government gives merit and credibility to the allegations of Harassment. Some of this Harassment ties into the Federal Government investigation into: False or Misleading Representations - The Competition Act provides criminal and civil regimes to address false or misleading representations: Any person who contravenes section 52 is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of up to $200,000 and/or imprisonment up to one year on summary conviction, or to fines in the discretion of the court and/or imprisonment up to 14 years upon indictment. The meeting with the Competition Bureau of Canada was in relation to the False and Misleading marketing and advertising practices of Narconon Trois Rivieres, Narconon Canada, ABLE Canada, and Narconon International. The Success Rate is a fraud and with the documents and evidence, can and will be proven to be false and subject the named offenders to prosecution under Federal Law. To avoid any possible civil litigation concerning specific documents and evidence, these documents have not been named nor released. Being on staff and posted as the Graduate Officer and Registrar should be self explanatory as to what documents there are to prove fraud and misrepresentation to a vulnerable public. As mentioned on previous occasions, my discovery of the false success rate and confronting executives, including Narconon Trois Rivieres, Narconon Canada, and Brad Melnychuck from ABLE Canada, was a contentious issue indeed. The daily barging into my office and ensuing harassment by executives to "just ignore" some figures "and add the unknowns" to the successes to enforce and uphold the 70-76% rate, was a battle which I could not win. I could not convince any of them that what they were doing was wrong and against the law and I informed them that there could be dire consequences should the appropriate authorities ever get wind of these offences. My arguements were to "no Avail". It was like talking to a cement wall with no reason. Even when I showed them The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms for some other offences they were committing by taking away personal reading books and doing room searches to find any personal books they did not agree with, they just laughed at me. It's almost like they believe they are above the law when it comes to lies or knowingly misleading the public. The harassment upon me by executives for me not "towing the line" by ignoring some numbers and inserting other numbers to support the misrepresented success rate, was the time of reconing for me at Narconon Trois Rivieres. Knowing that the success rate was a lie, urged me to look and dig into other files to see and find other truths that they wanted buried and hidden to the public. Who the hell do these people think they are! - My Life being threatenened in an Executive Office at Narconon Trois Rivieres to keep silent about confidential information or else face disappearing. - Harassed on a near daily basis to participate in false success rate fraud. - Harassed in PTS interviews to disconnect from family. - Enemy Posting on my Facebook Wall for all the public to see. This was done by Sue Chubbs; executive at Narconon Trois Rivieres. This threat was that I could be deprived of property or injured by any means by any Scientologist without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed." - Narconon staff has broken confidentiality of Normes du Travail on going investigation, by harassing my family and others to "Dead Agent" me by writing letters against me, whether true or not. One letter was of a threatening nature. - Narconon Trois Rivieres sent out other letters to staff members asking them to send in letters (false statements), to protect Narconon against any allegations concerning hiring some people at $2.50 per hour shortly after firing or laying off staff at full and legal wages. All documents and letters compliled as proof. When ALL of this hits the media in what really should be an in depth "Investigative Report" by a program such as W5, I think the public will be amazed at how long this criminal organization has gotten away with such crimes? There are many questions this organization will be answering very soon.

Before I escaped from Narconon Trois Rivieres, I didn't even know what "Fair Game" meant and I certainly didn't know what "Dead Agenting" or all the other Scilon terminology was? What an education over the past several months. But when I was there, I diarized notes everyday and I would stay up until all hours of the morning writing. There would be Ethics Reports sent in the next morning about "David Love fell asleep again on top of his bed while writing. Papers all over the bed and floor....." I would put little pieces of paper in my door to see if they were searching for what I was writing about; and sure enough, as I suspected, security had entered my room and denied it when I confronted them about it. I then began to hide some of my writings and documents I was gathering. I was given the password to one of the Ethics Officers computers while I was a Student. Too long of a story to get into details right now, but NN TR knows exactly what I'm writing about here? Then as an Employee posted as a Registrar and Graduate Officer, a Web Site was being built to attract and send new people to Narconon Trois Rivieres. I have touched on this web site before and since then, one of my family members has received some un-nerving communications from the people involved in this web site? I guess they didn't like me exposing the real truth about this web site? Although they already have several hundreds of pages, I think it prudent to be prepared for more questions and information/evidence requests from these entities? OR 2 - Give up and go home? MMmmm..., I'm still here and almost "there" Is Narconon and their Representatives going to get busted? I really don't know for sure. Should they get busted? In my opinion; absolutely, Yes. Is there enough evidence? Yes. Is there enough will within each Government Agency to play it to the end and convict? That's the million dollar question? This is being watched very closely right now by various government agencies. Now that they have been informed by way of formal complaints, they do have certain duties and obligations to perform. If they did not do anything by way of investigations, and something detrimental were to happen to a patient at Narconon, (especially after the Gov being advised and provided with evidence), there would be a Media frenzy and political fallout in the Big Negative. The Feds would have no choice but to step in and this would not sit very well with the Quebec Agencies who avoided this case or "Dropped the Ball." I think now that there will be both Provincial and Federal involvement, one will not want to be "up-Staged" by the other? Just my opinion of course;... (and a little bit of insider info..;-)

Maybe that's one of the reason why no one wanted to touch the Narconon problem before you made them do it thanks to all the dox and witnesses you have to support your claims.
