They have recently been using some old 1994 Incarcerated Populations data and stats. Nevertheless, I do have old websites saved and brochures which will stand the judiciary test. I also have a copy of an email that was sent to the Vancouver Detox Social Worker, back in October 2008, from Scott Burgess, where he states, Narconon Trois Rivieres has a 76% success Rate! Brad Melnychuck, ABLE Canada and Narconon Canada also promote and advertise a 70 - 90% and above, success rate. Very bold statements; some made to a Parliament Session.

There were several of us sitting around at our desks waiting for calls, but it was slow, so I kept bugging our boss. "C'mon GioXXx, we're falling asleep here, we need some calls to stay awake......, and on and on and on, I bugged him...." Then he finally yelled over, "David Love, you're like a Cat.....; I could throw you off the roof of a building and you would land on your feet and NOT go away,...., If they, (Scilons), don't kill you soon, I'm going to; now just shut up and be patient..." Of course this was all in fun, kind of, and the humour/laughter woke us up,...LOL

I've never lived with so much around the clock noise. If is not the fire trucks, police, or ambulances which common my balcony view 2-3 times a week, it's yesterday's 4:00am dumpster garbage trucks beeping their horns while backing up. Then they pick up the big green tin boxes and shake the hell out of them for 30 seconds, rattling my windows....., geeezzz., LOL A little humour, but reality added to the weather forcast in my neighbourhood is: "....tonight will be clearing clouds by eight, dusk will dim our light by nine, and gun fire as usual, will begin by ten......" And then the noise going to work on these "Bumper Car" crazy buses, my God, it's like their really pissed off at everybody and in a race for their lives.....LOL You would have to see these Montreal bridges and over - passes to believe the delapidated and crumbling condition they are in. Bid metal screens hold up the chunks and pieces from falling on cars and pedestrians. Cracks, Rebar, and holes everywhere. Many of these roadways look and sound like they are ready to topple any moment. I walk under a big one every day and I wasted no time in the few hundred feet of walking. They have blocked this four lane bridge, down to two lanes in fear of it falling? Not long ago one of the bridges collapsed on top of cars: Montreal bridge collapse: A case of criminal neglect Quite the experience seeing all this decaying infrastructure. I have said on many occasions, "Narconon is not just influenced by Scientology, it IS Scientology" TR's, Sauna, Mest, ARC, the Eight Dynamics, PTS Conditions, Ethics, Conditions Formulas, Overts and With Holds, Tone Scale, Objectives Auditing, Assists; and on and on in Scientology Doctrines. And the Patients are forbidden to speak about or discuss Scientology; the staff alerts the Executives and Ethics if they hear any Patient speak about Scientology. The fear of the word Scientology being mentioned to a 'Sponsor" or Family Member when a Patient calls a friend or family member on the phone, email, or a weekend visit seems to be quite threatening to Narconon? All or nearly all the Executives are Scientologists. Any other Religion would not be concerned or afraid of their religion being discussed by anyone; yet a Patient even mentioning scientology to a family member is feared? I'm getting balder scratching my head trying to comprehend how such an organization can have such a stronghold on so many people? Your post is helping me a lot. Once again, thank you.

A difficult time indeed and I will be slowing down on posting on this Forum and concentrate on the demands before me to satisfy all the Judicial Forums and requests. In this ill state, I made a mistake by not getting immediate legal advice, but rather tried to battle with Narconon-Scientology and Heenan and Blaikie on my own. This was foolish, I admit. Although I was probably a "Royal Pain in the Ass" to Narconon and their law firm by sending numerous letters and emails, (hundreds of pages and links), which probably was quite costly, I should have been moving forward with filing the appropriate complaint documents to the Governments and Courts. Dave, you post here very often, compared with those involved in other situations. At least that's how it seems to me. It's always good to hear updates, but you really should feel able to take a week or two off any time it's needed and only update us when there really is a substantive update. We don't have to know every move in real time. ;-) Also, is that a book cover? Are you writing a book? The artwork is disturbing to me; is that the desired effect? (The right side of the image kinda looks phallic; you might want to alter that a bit, LOL!) If you are writing a book, let me know if you need any help proofreading.

Thank you. A couple of other people have offered to help proof read and edit. I started one of the books while I was in Narconon. I fell asleep Every night on top of my covers. When I woke up, there were papers all over the floor....LOL. And of course there were reports sent in to Ethics every morning about me doing this! The one book is about addiction. In 1991, I owned and operated a detox and rehab center on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. It was a small, seven bedroom, waterfront, 4,000 square foot beautiful place. There were only 4 staff, but that's all we needed. The hospital/clinic was half a block away and the staff there helped us with councilling etc. I'm proud to say that one patient is now a Nurse in Victoria and another has worked in a detox for many years now. They were both addicted to heroin. My wife would stay up ALL night wiping the sweat off their faces and body and just hold onto them in their pain. I remember her doing this for days on end, with little sleep. We really did care a lot for these suffering people and the community was a wonderful help and supportive of the center. Geeezzzz, here I go again, rambling on and on; but hey, that's just who I am. I Love to write The other book is about addictions, scientology and Narconon. The first three books I wrote in the early 1990's were just business books when I was a Realtor and Sub Mortgage Broker. I was laid up following a back surgery and decided to write a book. So I wrote two...., LOL Yes, the photo on that "Draft Cover" is disturbing and it is meant to be. The Narconon-Scientology sections and chapters are quite disturbing. My doctor said it's good for me to write about this stuff. It is real and true and still brings tears to my eyes when I write about the sufferings of the vulnerable and exploited! I appreciate yours and anyone elses input; such as your opinion on the Draft Cover. It's better to have objective views and not just my "Emotional" concepts and ideas I was just sorting and renaming some files for easier and quicker reference and I came across this email from a dear friend who was a staff member when I was there. She was threatened to be fired if she spoke or wrote anymore emails to me after I left. Some staff were very upset and angry when I left; and some were in fear. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- This was a nice email to come accross and read: From XXXXX to David Love ".....The only reason I stay is because I love serving the students. I have seen some things that seem a little wierd and no normal to me but in my position they would probably fire me if I spoke out. I have noticed they all like to pass the buck instead of owning up to their mistakes. Alot of the students are threatening to leave and some of the employees because they need their pay....." I have to say David, I was in total shock when I heard you left xxxxxxxxxxxxx. I think you are a great guy. Most people may not think so after what happened. But personally; I tell them that you were the "only" one who had the guts to tell the truth and you spoke for everyone who was working there and not getting paid. I have nothing negative to say about you. Write sometime. To know your enemy and analyse what they may or not do, is to say the least, very difficult when dealing with this one. Yes, I've been there in the cult compound and even been trained is some weird policy stuff, but these people sometimes throw a "curve ball" and vere off policy. All in "the greatest good for the greatest number of dynamics." So I lay there and go back and forth in my mind, scanning all the dox, evidence, and scenarios, while at the same time stacking the relevent ones in piles of priority.
