Old flyers were difficult to read, had incorrect punctuation, and linked to defunct SeaArrrgh.com url.
I like it. Is it possible you could add "cutting lines" to it? Like hair-thin lines in light grey that divide the flier up. In this case, one can go vertically down the center, and the other can go horizontally. With those lines, it makes it easier to see where the edges of each quarter of the paper are supposed to be. I think it helps users prepare them easier - they save time because they know exactly where to cut on each page rather than trying to estimate it every time, and it helps them get the edges into nice, straight rectangles rather than slightly crooked from having to eyeball it.
The reason I don't use guide lines in these types of flyers is that you never manage to cut it evenly no matter how hard you try, and even if you do you'd end up with a little bit of the line on one side or the other. But,
