Current IRC information If people could supply current & up to date IRC information posted, that would be much appreciated. *edit* GO HERE FOR IRC STUFF: http://forums.whyweprotest.net/7-general-discussion/how-get-enturbulation-org-irc-11975/
I'm using irc.esylum.org. The channels are #xenu for discussing Co$, #xenuchat for general chat, and #irl for planning raids. Individual cities also have channels that you can get from the #irl channel, for example I'm using #austin.
From the SA topic: If you are on the irc server get off esylum server immediately. There is apparently a very extreme security breach. I don't have any other information than that unfortunately. <ohlawds> IF ANY OF YOU ARE CONNECTED TO ESYLUM - OFF NOW - /QUIT IMMEDIATELY - TELL EVERYONE <vodkacobra> GET OFF ESYLUM! <Dianetics> ESYLUM = NOES Dunno what's up edit. <@Sub-Atomic> Confirmed. <@Sub-Atomic> We all need to leave for partyvan IMMEDIATELY <Haug> wtf is happening? <vodkacobra> nobody knows except the people in charge <CyberOptic> Apparently its being watched / hacked
That was me! Someone was on the server and claims to be working for the CoS - it also claimed to have IP addresses of certain DDOSers and that they will be released to the public shortly + legal action IRC is now irc.partyvan.org
You're not the only one to be banned for no reason. I've been banned from places without even having to have said something. I've spent not even a millisecond in a room before being banned. I have no idea what's going on with that.
It could be your username not jiving with them, or your IP block is suspect for strange activity. They're being a bit paranoid, but it seems justified. You could try using a proxy to get around their restrictions, perhaps.
Do they have a Tor-friendly entry point? host irc.buttes.org irc.buttes.org has address AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD 09:00 -!- Irssi: Looking up AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD 09:00 -!- Irssi: Connecting to AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD [AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD] port 6667 09:00 -!- Irssi: Connection to AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD established 09:00 !chatbus.irc *** You are permanently banned from buttesnet (shaniqua-abuse) 09:00 -!- ERROR Closing Link: MrLaughingMan[tor2.anonymizer.ccc.de] (User has been permanently banned from buttesnet (shaniqua-abuse)) 09:00 -!- Irssi: Connection lost to AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD
I'm at work and IRC is blocked. I've tried using HTTPort to tunnel through HTTP traffic but they block that too. I know that SynIRC has a web chat client - I'd love if someone had something like that for Partyvan or elysium, whatever. I want to join in the discussion but I can't, damn.
See if you can sign up for relakks. It costs money, but unlike tor you don't get banned from IRC for using it.
If you need a web proxy: http://irc.gbsfm.info/irc/irc.cgi Use server irc2.gbsfm.info and channel #xenu, for example.
I'm gonna look into Relakks but I don't understand how that GBSFM thing works. The cgi link doesn't do anything, there's nothing in the source either. And my company blocks anything that doesn't go through their squid proxy, pure and simple. So the only way to get out is to tunnel through http.
1. Use irc.partyvan.org #xenu 2. Look for a #channel for your local area 3. Join that cannel, and coordinate with your local allies. Partyvan is not allowing global Anti-CoS discussion. Find your local cell, and plan with them.
We have a new network and channel for global Anti-CoS discussion It supports SSL and vHost and its on russian server that will not be taken down. Feel free to join it to discuss... anything. /server -m mudkipz.ath.cx -j #xenu
I haven't been able to connect at all, I've been trying for awhile too. Maybe it's because I have a mac. For those of us not able to get on IRC, are we going to be missing valuable info come the 10th? Just cause I'm anonymous, doesn't mean I wanna make an ass out of myself.
It's not that specifically, but you ARE definitely using a different client from mIRC, which is the 800-pound gorilla client of the Windows world. ("OH MY FUCKING GOD WHY DOESN'T 100% OF THE WORLD USE WINDOWS?!?!?!? AAAAGGGGGG INTERNETS") The only Mac clients I know offhand are X-Chat Aqua and Colloquy. In each of these you have to enter the server (mudkipz.ath.cx) and channel (#xenu) information separately. What client are you using?
I grabbed Ircle, I never used an irc before this. I can see the group, but connecting times out. I turn proxies off for it too. If there isn't an easy fix, I might just hijack my friends computer. Edit: ok I've been playing around with it and it looks like I joined #xenu.
Can we get a quick tutorial (either on here or a link) to those of us who aren't even at skiddie level and don't know a thing about how to safely connect to an IRC channel anonymously?
Either partyvan is down, or im being a newfag, but its telling me that i cant connect to the server. ports maybe? tutorial would be much appreciated.
If you use mIRC, use /dns irc.partyvan.org than /server ip.go.es.here - Do the /dns multiple times to pull out the multiple DNS entires. Most of the time when you connect to an irc server, you're directed to a server at random either online or offline.
i get an error when connecting to partyvan irc. it tells me that i am "Z:Lined". can anyone help please?
i know that, it is why i was asking for help. i have done nothing to deserve being banned, as far as i know, and i would have thought that my input on this forum would make that clear.
If you can find out who banned you, see if you can find their user name on here... or post to some image board, i think it is 711chan's irc net.
i have no idea who banned me, or even why i am banned at all. i think i connected to the server a few times whilst the DDoS attacks were going on, but i never, ever took part. i don't even think i sent any messages. i really have no clue who to talk to. if anyone knows someone that can help please help.
What kind of internet connection do you have? If you've got anything other than a dedicated, static IP, someone else probably had your IP address before you, and did something to get banned. Or, a channel op just banned you because of some reason that's not apparent to you. That happens. Either way, use a proxy or change your IP address (google can help you with that.)
