Dallas January & February Raids!

Well...recently, before the whole ice on the roads thing happened, there was always a car waiting around the corner from my house. It would always start moving just as I passed by it. So that kinda freaked me out a little bit.

The events occurring at my house are completely unrelated to anything. I'd rather not talk about it, as I may sound completely insane.

Make sure you've got pics, so if it comes to something you can prove the car waiting for you. Don't worry about being thought insane. Unless you start writing Science Fiction and calling it a Religion, you are probably a clear enough thinker and there might be a reason for whats going on. Stay Safe

So is there going to be anything happening on Hubbard's birthday? His 100th is pretty significant. They are trying to get 100 people through all of the basic courses by then. Also, when we do get dates nailed down, I would be happy to make up flyers to put up around my campus. Plus we have an atheist/agnostic/free thought/whatever the hell you want to call it group. I bet some of them would have fun with this.

hmmm I don't think we've got one yet.... Things have been sluggish due to the ice... I think we were trying to nail down a protest date for Freedom of Information first. I'm sure I don't have to tell you this... but remind anyone that comes with you that being Anonymous is important and disguising yourslf is important. Anyways... Yeah Recruitment is great! Also have you seen the YFTC's? They are little things you can hang around and links to a pro Anonymous site.

No, I'm not familiar with YFTCs. I haven't hung around the internet as much as I used to, so I'm a little behind.

These are a great way to distribute information, especially at a college campus, leave them in the computer lab and they might check out the site, especially since there is no risk to their computer.

Have you guys ever protested their Dianetics set up in the Irving Mall? I don't know how protesting in a mall would work, but it may be worth looking into. (I get the concept of "NYPA," and I'm not saying we have to do this, it's just a suggestion.) How angry could the mall get if we just stood there quietly handing out flyers, without any signs or chanting.

I have never been accused of being smart or fast. Just found this thread. I live here in DFW so you can count me in on pretty much anything you have going. Dont have too much time for the internet. I guess you guys are the cell I have been looking for? Is anyone the "leader" of this cell? I am looking forward to contributing how ever I can. I'll get an avatar too soon. Just cant find one that I like.

We don't have a definite leader. We're an anarcho-syndicalist commune. We take it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week.

Considering recent developments* and in light of all the support we got in January, especially those who expressed interest in continuing involvement with the FoI element, I think it's time to start organizing the next FoI rally. I'm making the event page tentatively for Saturday, March 5 and leaving the location TBD. Hopefully that will give us time to promote, and drum up even more support than last time.

I know this isn't totally on-topic for the thread due to the date, but it also seems a little silly to start the March thread up now, especially if there's a separate event page, so I'm posting it here. If any of that sounds like your particular brand of Vodka, feel free to navigate over to the event page and deposit your 2¢.
