So let's decide on a date for January, shall we? How about the 17th?
  2. Re: Dallas, TX

hello people! newbie here, actually live in Oklahoma but definitely coming down soon for a protest as well as a few friends who I have been spreading the word to! It's so easy for people to see how deranged the CO$ is. Anyways, look forward to meeting you all and spreading the word about CO$

    Re: Dallas, TX

When I went to a protest in the summer, I had created a sign that said "Honk if religion is free" lmao and a couple scientologists that were driving into the church parking lot saw the sign and rolled their eyes lmao it was priceless

The 17th would work best for me, as I "work" this weekend. Hopefully this date agrees with you all as well.

    Re: Dallas, TX

17th it is, then (11am as always). I'll be there for sure. I'm bringing extra signs and an extra mask for anyone that needs them.

Also thinking of doing something on Feb. 10th. If anyone is free that afternoon/evening, let me know.

Hello there, I'm new here, and luckly for me, i come back to Denton on the 16th. I should be able to make this, unless the busses don't go to Dallas.

    Re: Dallas, TX

Good... the 17th... geez 11am?? well, ok fine but I can only promise to be hungover...

Driving in from Denton so any SciFags who never protested the Scientology meetings at Texas Woman's University can feel free to ride on me while with me...

Holding my fingers crossed that the I get to stand toe to toe with the great Tommy Davis...

    Re: Dallas, TX

    TWU?
    Tommy Davis?
What do you speak of, Swarm Theory?
  11. Swarm Theory Member

    Re: Dallas, TX

I speak of truth and justice and the American Way.

TWU = Texas Woman's University (one of the many colleges I have attended)

    Tommy Davis = Tommy Davis

    Re: Dallas, TX

I should ask, where's a smart place to park?

Obvs I don't give a shite about anonymity, just don't want to get towed...
  13. shawnonymous Member

    Re: Dallas, TX

Hmm... thought that you were implying that Davis would be at TWU for some reason or somesuch.
    Disregard.
Anyway, all, the one time I came (lol) two months ago to Buckner Blvd., I parked at an Elementary School a few blocks away.
If any of you regulars know of a better spot, let us know.
  14. Re: Dallas, TX

I hope to be there on the 17th, but I may not be back in town yet.

It's good to know we got some new facelesses comin' into the cell. I daresay it was starting to look a little depleted. Before long, we may very well have more members than the CoS Dallas, MWAHAHAHA!!!

    Re: Dallas, TX

Is there a chance that someone with a car lives in neaby Denton?
  16. Swarm Theory Member

    Re: Dallas, TX

There's a Scifag cell at TWU.

I'm just hoping the great and powerful Tommy Davis makes an appearance.

    Thanks for the info...

Any Dentonites feel free to jump in my car, but a handjob may be required...

  19. kinesta Member

    Re: Dallas, TX

if we are doing this in front or across the street from the CoS building and you dont care about staying annonymous you can park in the neighborhood across the street from the building thats what i did one time

    Re: Dallas, TX

Good, because I'm quite naturally lazy.

Besides, they've known me from the get go anyway...
  21. Re: Dallas, TX

it short notice but you guys should come here for the 17th and join are numbers together
  22. Nereruo Member

    Re: Dallas, TX

That would be impossible because i don't have a car, plus its like 5 hours from Dallas to Austin. (4 hours if traffics ok)
  23. Re: Dallas, TX

oh i know Sammy came down on the 27th maybe we can get some car polls going

    Re: Dallas, TX

anonhouston (who doesn't have internets right nao) said he would be going. you should contact him if you need a ride from houston to austin (that is of course assuming you aren't roberta steinberg and assuming he is still going)....

    Re: Dallas, TX

I was going to consider coming down to Austin if it looked like no one was going to show in Dallas, but it looks like we'll have at least a few. Maybe we should have Austin and Dallas on separate weekends next time so we can come down there and maybe you guys can come up here.

    Re: Dallas, TX

That sounds like a good idea.
  28. Re: Dallas, TX

sounds great i am all for protesting in Dallas

    Re: Dallas, TX

    Will be there!
  30. Nereruo Member

    Re: Dallas, TX

For the dallas protest, or the combined protest?
  31. Nereruo Member

    Re: Dallas, TX

So what is the count of people who are coming to the protest?
  32. shawnonymous Member

    Re: Dallas, TX

I'm definitely coming, perhaps plus one.
I can't really speak for the other anons, so I won't work out a total.

    Re: Dallas, TX

So Swarm, is there anyway you can pick me up at UNT?
  34. Re: Dallas, TX

if nobody shows il be at the cult here in Austin until 6pm

    Re: Dallas, TX

I've been MIA since my first few protests due to some medical issues, but I should be able to make this one.
  36. Re: Dallas, TX

FYI: Dallas to Austin is 200 miles. That's right around 3 hours at highway speed limit. Less if you do the speed of other traffic out there.

Also, the high probability is that I will be there on the 17th, possibly plus one.
  37. Re: Dallas, TX

FYI: Dallas to Austin is 200 miles. That's right around 3 hours at highway speed limit. Less if you do the speed of other traffic out there. However, for this protest, I strongly recommend all Dallas anons stay in Dallas. (Sorry, AustinAnon)

Also, the high probability is that I will be there on the 17th, possibly plus one.

    *Edit*
Sorry, it didn't seem to post the first time. I hate it when routers reset...

    Re: Dallas, TX

    This is looking well.
I estimate our turnout to be in the range of a half dozen to a dozen masked.
So, we have four more days to plan...
    Who is bringing what?
  39. Re: Dallas, TX

I will have a flag... but I still need to get a flag pole to hang it from. It's plenty windy out by the CoS Dallas, so if I can get a 6' pole, the flag will fly well.

Sammy usually brings posters, but I will let her say for sure. As I have learned, fliers are mostly impractical and tend to fly away.

I'm trying to decide how outrageous my costume should be. In addition to my mask, I also have a Star Trek (Voyager era) uniform, as well as a Jack Sparrow hat w/ wig.

Also, everyone bring cameras. The more footage we get, the better. And it's a good chance to get a little jig footage for the Where the Hell is Anonymous project.

    Re: Dallas, TX

For any Dentonite North Texas Blvd is the main entrance to UNT. Prairie is next to two dorms and across from the Soccer grounds.

I am not a taxi. 9:50a.m. at the gas station. Lazy people are not welcome...
