Filmed in Montreal on April 24, 2015 after receiving documents from Montreal Court that addresses of Defendants in Lawsuit filed against Narconon and Scientology can not be found. Scientologist at Montreal Scientology was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to help locate Defendants. Was quiet and empty with just one Scientologist and an old SP.

Another busy night preparing for another visit to Scientology Org in Canada. Have tickets
in hand and trying to do something different this time for the Lulz and ...

Scientology Narconon lawsuit in Montreal searching for Defendants

Today, April 24, 2015, the plaintiff, David Love, visited the church of Scientology in Montreal seeking information concerning the whereabouts and addresses of the defendants named in a civil lawsuit filed in the Montreal Court. Documents from the court received yesterday, requested that the exact addresses be confirmed for each named defendant to prevent further delays.

The defendants must be found so that they can be served the revised complaint submitted recently in the Montreal Courthouse. New Quebec legislation has increased the maximum amount in Small Claims Court from $7,000.00 to $15,000.00. The lawsuit has now been revised to the latter, and includes new evidence documents from the Quebec Human Rights Commission decision awarding a total of $45,000.00 for Moral and Punitive damages as seen here in theCommission Verdict and decison published by Tony Ortega.

I support this proposal 110%. Summaries with updates and links saves people from getting bored hunting shit down, it'd be nice to have some of the longer topics periodically condensed, hm, now there's a project for bored newbies wondering what to do, not only would they be able to catch up on topics, increase their usefulness, learn some writing skills, keep us up-to-date, and all the other fun stuff... but we'll love them long time, well maybe not...
One of the often thorns seems to be keeping the info in one place, ie.~ People getting too enthusiastic when older threads already exist, creating new ones to bring up new infos. The thought crossed my mind that maybe it'd be better for some threads to run backwards, so that new comments are on top with all the links in some sort of sticky, aw nm, silly, but how about keeping pertinent OP's initial posts editable for updating links, hm, like just a list under the OP that keeps adding the good links. Bah, passing thought, passing through, though I knew what I meant, I may not have been thorough... igonao.

I will try to summarize as soon as I have time. I had to deal with two other Out of Court
settlements last week, had to have French Court dox translated to English 3 days ago, then
go to Montreal Org and squeeze some info out of a poor bloke behind a desk inside the Org
that I felt a wee bit sorry for.

Just got in the door from a long return trip from Montreal to Quebec City for a small protest
and because I was on the Org side of the street, I was invited INSIDE to take a Free Stress Test.

All my Recorders were running, as usual, and I have to process and get it up on YouTube late
tonight or tomorrow .... a delicious Lulz.

Yesterday, April 25, 2015, when arriving at the Quebec City Ideal Org for a small protest, David E Love was invited inside for a Free Stress Test. While holding the E-Meter Cans, we discussed Narconon, Alex Gibney's 'Going Clear' documentary, Freeloader Debt, and a few other subjects. He was a nice sort of bloke until after the Stress Test and he saw me with Anonymous across the street with a sign stating, "Scientology Only Wants Your Money" - his smile changed to Apathy while on the phone reporting the protest uplines.

That's my guy!! I don't know anyone else with enough.....ummmm....let's say "nerve" to calmly walk in like this and hold a conversation like that! Someone going to be put thru the sec check from hades for this!

UPDATE:

Just spoke to Clerk at Montreal Courhouse and we found one and has been SERVED notice.

I will be at the Montreal Courthouse this Monday morning.

I just saw the Rolhouse Law commercial on WGN a little after 1:00 AM.

Is there an 'OWL' flying around that might know if the ONLY Narconon mentioned
on the NN Int website is this one, and is it still in operation? Or perhaps just an FSM
working out of their basement?

The only 'potential' Narconon Center opening that I am aware of is the one in Ontario.

The NN International Site has failed to keep up with the times.

There's isn't a trace of NN in Vancouver, or British Columbia, with the exception of the Vancouver morgue having a sauna room for the purif rundown con.

Two years ago I placed a telephone call to the "go-to-guy" in Vancouver for NN, Tibor Palatinus, mr. $cientology around these parts. This was soon after all the news of the fatalities in Arrowhead had hit the news wires.

Mr. Palatinus told me that he no longer recommends people to NN and referred me to another treatment center that was/is legit. (My telephone call was ruse with me seeking treatment for a non-existent family member).

Do you remember me sending you photos of the alleged locations of NN in False Creek? Nothing and nobody there except a hair & nails salon, and it wasn't a front. I checked.

Be all that as it may, your post has served as a reminder for me to do another thorough examination of the NN scene in Vancouver and the rest of BC. If I find anything, you'll be the first to know.

The group home dodge that they're trying in Milton still only limits them to 8 people. That'd make enough money to keep ticking over, but not they kind of money that they used to get from large scale Narconons.

It's quite possible that they have more than one place on the go in Ontario. If they buy a place that doesn't need zoning changes, it could slide along for a while until it hits the news and we hear about it.

I was looking through Narconon, Incorporated (Canada)'s charity filings.

Fuckers, of course not! SBPI owns the buildings, and they flipped on religious cloaking in 2008 and don't have to list their properties on Form 990s. (There's some new discussion that SBPI might have lost their charity status. We'll see. Edit: Apparently not.)

In my opinion, I thinks it's a 'given' that Brad the liar, has his filthy hands in some of this. I have a forwarded text
message from someone in Canada, who he asked $10,000.00 as a donation to help open a NN when he was at COS Int. in California.

I wonder how Melnychuk would bring that money into Canada, i.e. wire transfer, cheque, and what sort of paperwork he would file if any. For that matter, what U.S. entity would receive and transfer the money and what entity in Canada would accept it. Interesting, perhaps from a forensic accounting perspective.

Having Social Betterment Properties International buy the properties hides a lot of the money trail.

Narconon Incorporated (Canada) aka Narconon Canada was barely ticking over during their last reported year 2013. If they had any less activity, CRA might think about pulling their charitable status. There's no sign of activity for their failed attempt to open a Narconon in Hockley Valley in 2013.

Hmmmm. It's the same back in 2010. I smell a rat! Some of the money from Narconon Trois-Rivières should have been funneling through them back then, but there's no sign of it.

(I wish CRA had an option for PDF output. It's much easier to grab and archive that way.)

Either they're doing a lot of stuff off the books, or they have some new business entity in Canada that we don't know about. The only visible entities in the Milton attempt are SBPI and ABLE (Int or Canada?) -- no mention of who their local Narconon is.

Does anyone have a way of looking up Ontario corporations? I don't want tax info, just the actual company name, registration id, registered business address and legal status. The directors would be nice. All of that should be a matter of public record, but the only lookup I can find some 19th century system for name searches when incorporating a new company.

I tried looking up Ontario corps and no problem except $$$ cost. It's free in Quebec.

I should be at Montreal Courthouse in a few minutes from now, and one other
Federal Government office to handle something important that will help me
address another Narconon matter soon.

All 3 have responded to the court contesting Claim .... what a surprise, eh?

UPDATE to LAWSUIT:

Meeting with the Montreal Court Clerk this morning to amend Lawsuit. Some of the named Defendants could not be located, including Yvette Shank (OSA) CANADA - President Scientology Canada). I/We will locate Shank and move the Lawsuit to Superior Court pending legal advice.

Trust me. I/We don't need Shank as a Defendant is this Small Claims Court lawsuit. I filed this lawsuit
nearly one year ago on my birthday, May 30th, and have had brilliant legal advice. There is a huge stack
of documents already filed in the Case and is now Public Record, but there is a massive lot of additional
evidence documents to be filed in due course. We'll let OSA stew for a wee bit.

What I want, is Yvette Shank in Superior Court, not this Small Claims Court case. Once found, Shank can still
be SERVED by a Baliff to appear as a squirming Witness in this Case and still face the Superior Court lawsuit.

They are two separate matters. The Small Claims is for Breach of Contract and part of the Human Rights
Commission decision.

The Superior Court case (pending more legal advice) - is for something far more serious, and in my opinion,
I/We think we have her by the balls .. err ... umm ... I mean, I think we have a very strong case - just like
all the others they lost in shame.

Once I sit down with a Lawyer again, it doesn't matter what Province we find her in. That will be the
Province we would file in Superior Court. And with this one, 'Statutes of Limitations' is not a concern
whatsoever. That's all I can say about Shank for now ... all in due course with patience and resolve.
