I saw this a couple days ago, and it was anticipated.

NN TR is not bankrupt, and even if they were, there is still 2 other Defendants facing Litigation in the Trial scheduled for November 25, 2016. And, NN TR et al. will soon be facing additional matters in the near future.

Oh my, it's 1:30 am and me is a wee bit tired.

All additional Exhibits are now ready to send, and other evidence will brought to Court for Cross-Examination purposes.

Massive, reams of documents were/are stored on 2TB of external hard drives, USB thumb drives, Samsung cell, Nokia Windows cell, iPhone 5, pen video camera, and online. I should receive password from Quebec today to access online data. We have over 11,000 pages to back-up (corroborate) my submissions to the Montreal Court on November 25, 2016. The Defendants have taken the predicted road of “attack the attacker” ("If attacked on some vulnerable point by anyone or anything or any organization, always find or manufacture enough threat against them to cause them to sue for peace." - L. Ron Hubbard, Hubbard, 15 August 1960), by submitting red-herring statements, innuendos, manufactured evidence, and usual Dead Agent propaganda intended to be misleading or distracting from the facts and prima facie case set forth by the Plaintiff (myself). In taking a position of “Devil’s Advocate” – for the sake of argument or to determine the validity of the cause or position of the Defendants, we see a pattern of L. Ron Hubbard’s Doctrines and what David Miscavige continues to hood-wink his sheeple with: “The only way you can control anybody is to lie to them. - L. Ron Hubbard, June 1952.”

Canadians are free to have their own beliefs and opinions, are free to practise religion or refrain. In Canada, religious freedoms are protected from state interference by Human Rights Charters, both Federal and Provincial. Private individuals and organizations are free to believe and practice their beliefs as they like and enjoy.

However, as Australian senator, Nick Xenophon has stated: “…there are no limits on what you can believe, but there are limits on how you can behave - it's called the law and no one is above it." In my view, this cult is a detriment not only to its followers, but also to the Canadian public. Seven Scientologists were convicted of operations against organisations including the Ontario Provincial Police, the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), and two convictions of criminal Breach of the Public Trust against the church itself, for infiltration of the offices of the Ontario Provincial Police and the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. The Church of Scientology was ordered to pay a $250,000 fine.

I (David Love) visited the office of Senator Céline Hervieux-Payette on 2 occasions on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, delivering countless evidence documents, and spoke to her on the phone concerning Scientology and Narconon in Canada. On MAY 27, 2010, in Parliament, Céline Hervieux-Payette questioned the Leader of Canada’s Government in the Senate, then stated, in part: “The global spread of the Church of Scientology coincides with a number of events orchestrated by the organization that are of questionable legality and morality. The Church of Scientology’s rap sheet contains charges and accusations of fraud, extortion, capital flight, coercion, the illegal practice of medicine, taking advantage of mentally ill persons and murder.”

And now, one of David Miscavige’s organizations faces the truth in a Montreal Courtroom on November 25, 2016. We doubt that Hubbard’s (David Miscavige’s) doctrine of attempting to dictate what the LAW is will have any “effect” whatsoever: "Somebody someday will say ‘this is illegal.’ By then be sure the orgs [Scientology organizations] say what is legal or not. - L. Ron Hubbard, Hubbard, Policy Letter, 4 January 1966.”


Will we win? We already have.

We do not forgive or forget what scientology did to everyone who left and/or spoke out against them, or those who continue to speak out against them.

Fortunately for me, over the past few months, several Ex-Scientologists, Ex-Narconon Trois-Rivieres staff, and
Ex-NN TR patients, have contacted me in person, by email, and Facebook messaging. Some have apologized
to me for their attacks and providing the cult with Dead Agent crap. Some have sent me NEW information that
I can use in Court if needed to back-up the Exhibits submitted.

Arrived in Vancouver from Montreal a few minutes ago. Court Clerk compiled the entire PROOF and Case File for me. No surprises or missing Files to be concerned about. Will review and Word Clear (sigh) a few that I need to address in Court on November 25, 2016.

About 400 or so pages of Mind-Boggling, light reading... Not a problem.

People have akas for a reason. And if it is multiples, then it usually means they are trying to hide something or themselves.

FFS, she can't even remember the name of the project or she deliberately lies about it. (I'd guess the latter.)

Calls it the "New York Rescue Workers' Project", when the real name is "New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project".

With being so close to the Trial date, I must be careful what I post, but the question does remain: 'WHY did
the Respondents submit such non-pertinent documents to the Court recently'? Is this all they have as a
defense? Submitting the Purification dox and my coerced Success Stories (video & written) and such, indicates to me they are grasping at straws and/or they intend to SETTLE at the 11th hour on the Court door steps?

The only way they (and David Miscavige) could prevent being shamed and humiliated by the damning submissions I will make - backed-up by evidence documents, is to pay the full amount of the Lawsuit Claim, plus Court-Costs, and plus interest at 5%.

Otherwise, the Media will publish the Court Proceedings.

I will NOT accept a check on the Montreal Court door steps to STFU forever and go away.

Success stories are meaningless docs = scientolocrap
I would like to see success stories obtained from tavern patrons, leaving the establishment after a few drinks,
I bet most of them feel quite good.
You could do the same thing with patrons of establishments serving marijuana (in Colorado or Holland).
Some will even have "wins".
You can only value benefits to your life in retrospect after crafting how to utilize new information or insights and that can take years.

I agree for sure... and can't post here how we're going to 'Handle' the paper and video success stories.

Suffice to say that the Cult will look more 'Cult-Like' - and doubt they can imagine how outside their 'Lron' box of thinking and behaving.

You would think they would have leaned by now, but Noooo. They tried this success story, dead agent crap a few times now, and lost every time to the Human Rights Commission, the Quebec Labour Board, the College of Physicians, and the Quebec Health Agency. And one other case where they settled with a non-disclosure, awarding me moral and punitive damages. ALL of these Quebec authorities looked upon their crap as being frivolous nonsense, and a waste of their time.

IMO, I think the Montreal Judge will 'cut-to-the-chase' and look at the same fact-based evidence that was presented in all of the above cases. A 4 for 4 WIN on our side.

Will we make it 5 for 5? Only 21 more days before we know

It took a while from an Expert friend of mine, but we do know where it came from now.

Someone is messing with me a wee bit again today, but no problem.

I was in contact with a brilliant lawyer yesterday. Although NN & the COS may, or probably will to a greater or lesser degree, attempt to lead the presiding Montreal Judge down a ‘garden path’ and into deep, distracting ‘rabbit- holes’ that have nothing to do with this case. We will keep ‘on point’ and present the pertinent facts using each of the Respondents claims and attacks as an ‘advantage’ to establish the real truth - far exceeding a prima facie case. In our view, this Quebec, no nonsense Judge, will for a very short time, allow the Respondents to wander down irrelevant paths, but not for long.


It is our opinion that, after examining past cases involving the COS & NN, the Respondents will behave in such a manner, as to veer from ‘PT’ – and restimulate their ‘banks’ to such a degree, that their defense will be humiliating. They have done this before, not in a Canadian court, but in a CBC News interview when angry.

Narconon Trois- Rivieres director of ‘Legal Affairs’ was my supervisor when I was on ‘Post’ as the ‘Graduate Officer’ and ‘Registrar’ at Narconon for six months. He was under extreme pressure from OSA Canada to handle me and others who were exposing their fraudulent practices and human rights abuses.


Although Scientology has vehemently denied that Narconon is Scientology, Andre Ahern finally confesses to the Reporter: “…he is a Scientologist and that Narconon uses the teachings of Scientology in its program.” And, although NN TR did claim, promote, and publish their 76% ‘Success Rate” – Ahern admits to the Reporter: “he doesn't track what happens to most people after they leave the Trois-Rivieres program, however, he said he only knows of three people who converted to Scientology.” Will I/We win this case in Montreal on November 25, 2016? Who knows, but I do have hope and faith that we will prevail – whether it is a victory or not.

Are ya still giddy? Me too right now. Waiting to board plane at Vancouver airport right now. Arrive in Montreal just after 7 am.

Two hours ago I received yet another envelope of documents from Montreal Court Clerk.

The Montreal ORG Director (COS Montreal Defendant) has now backed out of appearing in Court to be questioned and be on the spot to refrain from lying, or perhaps being caught in lies.

Instead of appearing in Court, she filed a two page, lame statement. She will not be in Court to respond to any evidence I will be submitting. I like this very much indeed.
