He started the defense fund for Debbie Cook, and was there to testify if need be. That's not bad. It doesn't make him my favourite person, but he did get some shit done.

Have you noticed that Marty is confessing again? That for decades he has been the guy responsible for doings things like that to Cook, like illegal imprisonment, kidnapping, chasing the escapees, gag them and harass with lawsuits. He's bragging that he is good at it and the ideal person to advice Cook and is responsible for victory this round. So basically what Cook said about DM also applies to him. The only defence? He's following orders! We all know that. That's not the first time he said these. But seeing that he's going on and on and bragging to his minions amuse me. There's go scn ethics.

Well I simply consider this; if I can think of the possibilities, surely they have.

This assumes that the M&M Show + Debbie are not already working with DM to shake loose as many public as possible and commence down-sizing the operation so as to return to roots and keep it working in the "tight conspiracy" model originally designed by L Ron Hubbard. The main objective at this stage, under such a scenario, is to avoid criminal charges at all costs.

Debbie may not know she is working for DM but, having been softened up prior to leaving, it is now apparent the M&M Show has been pulling her strings for months. As a result, she hasn't laid criminal charges. Its all about the show, no substance. The worst thing the M&M Show + Debbie have achieved is to reinforce the myth that its *all* DM. Oh, and they've called DM some bad names. Meanwhile, the real estate empire is in place and the last few bewildered Scilons are being regged for whatever they've got left.

Okay, but one factor not taken into account here - DM is clearly psychotic and out of his mind at this point. He is all reactive, without any real allies and few if any remaining loyal captains and surely unable to execute any viable plan. He is isolated, alone and cornered now. Simply removing him would allow M$M and Deb to unify both the still loyal insiders with the squirrels into a newly reformed org and take over the entire pyramid from the top down. She is not working for DM, but wants to do the minimal amount of damage it will take to get him out of the way. (Not trying to argue here, just bouncing it around.)

She's never going to reveal the crimes in any meaningful way. Marty's got her on the Kool Aid drip feed now.
