The thing is, it was the FSO that tendered the emails in evidence. And Debbie was their witness!!! <3 you Sparrow.
Or not. Because being locked in a motel room against her will to die of dehydration before she even had the opportunity to starve to death under Rinders supervision probably didn't have much impact. Moonbat.
Too much entheta all at once? Poor diddums. You can go back to celebrating Debbie Cook's almighty WIN against the evil empire if you like. Meanwhile, back in the real world . . .
OK, did a light pruning only, as some of the derail posts had elements that were tangent to the case. Much like the 'don't ask don't tell' policy, no-one will be happy. Don't report and don't PM me about your butthurt. Derail posts are here: https://whyweprotest.net/community/threads/debbie-cooks-tro-hearing-derail-thread.100154/ If this thread starts degenerating into a bitchfest again, I will select the few posts with actual updates for survival, and dome the rest. And tempban every bitcher that derailed this thread yet again - or that was mean to me
Ah, geees ... I'm too tired to do the dox, but David Mayo won that, and the Co$ ended up paying his $2.500.000 dollars in legal costs he incurred in his defense. I don't know more of the story than that. Times today are much more against the Co$. Back then, 1980's, I don't think Anon was more than a glimmer in someone's eye.
Mere supposition here, but Debbie Cook must know that Miscavige (and by extension Marty and Mike were) was directly involved, first with having Lisa declared Clear and later with the repercussions... right? Is the appearance of M&M at the trial really more to this end (below)?
Is the Advanced Abilities Center still operating? Nancy Many said in her book she was sent to infiltrate it as part of a project to shut it down.
The only evidence that she was laundering precious metals for the Scientology corporation is the job that she was employed to do working for a "not Scientology aligned scummy company seriously not associated with Scientology in any way" company and the very large salary she was being given, all of which ended up being handed right back to Scientology in the form of purchases for worthless "services," literally the first primary behavioral aspect of money laundering that is in Interpol's classic earmarks. There are also commentary from other Scientology employees that worked to move precious metals out of the United States and in to Australia and Canada in the Wollersheim case where Federal law enforcement agents raided Scientology and seized their California assets only to find that the wealthy corporation suddenly had zero bucks and filed for bankruptcy, all to avoid having to pay Mr. Wollersheim. Setting aside the lunatic criminals storing precious metals away in their underground vaults in Trementina with Hubbard's writings etched in them, some of the named bank accounts in Canada (with names such as "Los Angeles 1" and "Florida 7") are actually vaulted accounts which employees have said were deposited in to with precious metals transported illegally from the United States via wooden pallets offloaded from locomotive cargo cars. One of the other earmarks which Interpol uses is the murder of people who have direct, first-hand knowledge of where assets are being stored and/or hidden. Lisa certainly would have known the full details of how much materials were being moved and where they came from, where they went.
It was dead before Mayo won his case. http://www.lermanet.com/scientologynews/david-mayo-scientology-case.htm
No, it means you've managed to lower what I thought were already the lowest of possible expectations.
This is not evidence, all you did was repeat yourself. What is the source of all these claims? What company was she working for, and can this be verified? How do you know she was making a huge salary? And what do you consider huge in terms of dollars? How do you know this company was laundering money by shipping precious metals across borders? All you have so far are a bunch of claims and no evidence.
it is funny to me how idiotic people can be. did she really expect, after going after the "church" and DM that the scilons will let her have access to their websites with username and password access? LOL wtf? she cannot be that stupid! I would drop her like a fucking hot potato if it was me
Rinder used to do damage control, not hands-on "technical" stuff. Miscavige goofed the floof and sent in his Loyal Officers: Marty and Mike.
Both of these posts contain nothing of value. No documentation. No evidence or facts. I shouldn't have even responded, and for that I fail. For others:
Dear Debbie, ABCTV Eye Witness News LISA BARTLEY, producer, just aired the story on Debbie Cook 9from the trial) at 5pm this evening, Los Angeles time. See the video of the airing. Transcript there as well. http://abclocal.go.com/kabc/story?se...rld&id=8545654 Pretty damning, hard hitting. High fives and kudos to you and Wayne
Aw, here ya go, matey.... If that goes down, here's an upload of the source FLV (12.3Mb): http://www.mediafire.com/?juu7s5k30bcffwr It plays fine in VLC and Media Player Classic.
Comments are open - and the clams are all over it like flies on shit. I say the balance needs to be redressed.
5:00 to 5:08 in the video. Scientology's attorney Elliot Abelson fully proving, in a legal sense, that scientology absolutely mandates disconnection.
Is that the bit about "minimal contact"? I do not see it as disconnection per se and it is definitley no proof of anything but I do see it as a quite striking piece of subtle cruelty. Here Cook has just been kicked out of her only real family of the last 29 years (obviously SO is senior to family for those in it) and now, with the 2007 Holiday Season almost upon her and her husband, they are told to stay away from what family they have left (assuming most of their family is in Scientology). Cruel, just sadistically cruel. Why? My guess, is they were afraid that Debbie would be distraught and inadvertently spill some (rice and) beans and they wanted her to chill for a year.
Yes it is that bit, and I'd say it was legal confirmation of a disconnection policy since she's actually signing to agree to it. It just adds to all the other examples where the cult admits it either explicity or by inference.
New article up. Comments open: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ays-ant-infested-desert-compound-trailer.html
Fair enough. I just did not get the impression that that bit was something actually in the NDA. I saw it more as something she had agreed to do. Do we have the full text of the NDA? It should be in the public record, I guess.
Let's just smarten that up and rub it in. A national British newspaper with a daily print circulation of around 2million+ puts an article up about this..... Top Scientologist tells how she was 'beaten and tortured while locked up for 45 days in Church's ant-infested desert compound trailer' Debbie Cook 'one of 100 Scientology executives imprisoned in a large trailer' She claims Scientology chairman David Miscavige punched another senior executive in the face and wrestled him to the ground Miscavige 'ordered his secretary to slap Mrs Cook' One senior member 'made to lick a dirty floor for half an hour' Testimony is embarrassing for Church, which took legal action to prevent her from revealing details its lawsuit has now allowed her to expose in court By Graham Smith.
