Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer This moxon video was removed from YouTube for infringing their "community guidelines". Someone with throwaway Youtube accounts and RuskyTube accounts etc may like to add it to their catalog of lulz with my compliments. Hell, it's only 3.5mb so you could host it on your own bullet-proof server if you wanted. It won't bring down the cult but moxon wanted it gone so that's a good enough reason to put it back up. I did have a few youtube annotations with links about his daughter's death but they aren't on this raw copy of course...... (Moxy.wmv 3.46mb) MEGAUPLOAD - moxy.wmv video

Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer OK, who's going to do this? Get a list of Moxon's C&Ds together? We need to organise on this.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer It's worth posting about this on 888chan. People with relevant skills there.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer This is what you need. Overview of Attorney Discipline System OVERVIEW OF ATTORNEY DISCIPLINE SYSTEM 1-800-843-9053 — Attorney Complaint Hotline 213-765-1200 (Calling from outside California) Complaint Form In order to take his legal license, he MUST have violated California State ethics codes http://calbar.ca.gov/state/calbar/calbar_extend.jsp?cid=14053&id=1267 or the State Bar Act http://calbar.ca.gov/state/calbar/calbar_generic.jsp?cid=10159&id=1285 You should register a complaint with the State Bar if you believe that your lawyer acted improperly, but not just because there is some disagreement between you, or you believe he or she did a poor job. For such a disagreement, you should pursue alternative methods of settling attorney-client disputes, when available. All lawyers who practice in California must live up to ethical standards imposed by the California Supreme Court and the state legislature. As an arm of the California Supreme Court, the State Bar investigates and prosecutes complaints against lawyers. Depending on the seriousness of the offense, a lawyer can be given a warning, put on probation, suspended from practicing law for a period of time, or disbarred - prohibited from practicing law in California. The bar has limited authority to discipline lawyers for such behavior as rudeness or making a single honest mistake. It is limited by law to complaints about unethical behavior as defined in the Rules of Professional Conduct and/or the State Bar Act. If you believe that your lawyer acted unethically, you should file a complaint. The complaint form should be mailed to the State Bar at the address indicated. Be sure to follow the instructions. Some things you should know about filing a complaint: There is no fee to file a complaint. You do not have to be a U.S. citizen to file a complaint. When you register a complaint, you should supply photocopies of any papers, such as letters or canceled checks that relate to the problem. The State Bar will send you postcard when your complaint form has been received. Your complaint will be input into the computer system and a State Bar lawyer will read it to determine how the complaint will proceed. This process can take from two to three weeks. Your complaint will then be assigned to a staff member to conduct an investigation. You will be informed of the status of the investigation by a State Bar representative. At the end of the investigation you will be informed in writing if your complaint will proceed to prosecution in the State Bar Court or if it will be closed.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer IANAL, but watching this deposition just makes me wonder how this type of thing can be legal. (This is the video that made me decide that Moxon and Jentsch are both sick, evil bastards with no consciences, morals, or scruples). Heber Jentzsch Deposed by Graham Berry - 12/28/93 Graham says he has videos of other depositions with Moxon that have never been uploaded. Can you be disbarred or reprimanded for a history of slimey, harrassing depositions? I think for one thing everyone with a few extra bucks should do is send it to Graham, and anyone with time who lives in LA should hook up with Graham to help copy docs and upload videos somewhere. If I had a ton of dough I would give it to Graham to help get his judgement reversed. Not sure what it would cost, but apparently it would just take a bit of money. Edit: Also, isn't Graham adorable in the video? Such a doll, sorry Graham, but you are a cutie.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer Yes. some of those depositions with Moxon that GB has are from 12 days of depositions I had when I sued them. I found Moxon to be particularly inhuman and sly-weasel-like. DM probably loves him.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer I think the Video of him threatening to sue and the many many C&D letters would qualify as a violation of this rule.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer If this was already posted... cocks and all Copy accordingly!
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer How many of the c&d letters had moxons name on them? I know mine was from a different lawyer up in the bay area... from what I can remember I believe the cult used 2-3 different lawyers for this, none of which were moxon. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer I've moved a few of the posts over to a new topic as it seemed more appropriate: http://forums.whyweprotest.net/12-active-projects/documenting-cults-lawyers-wiki-49877/ the wiki page is coming along well but could use moar help [wiki]Scientology_lawyers[/wiki]
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer But he still made a bunch of legal threats against protesters (mostly AGP) on camera, plus he has lost an anti-SLAPP suit, which doesn't look good. IIRC, he also made a threat against other protesters right in front of Graham Berry about TRO's. That is still useful.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer Can we get some dox to add to the wiki? Can you contact the video creators to have them put them online somewhere (maybe somewhere other than youtube so they aren't just pulled again)?
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer Did you win? Is this online somewhere I can read the summery?
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer Moxon and the cult's litigation mob harassed me and GB including using PIs and abuse of the justice system to the point of bankruptcy. Due to them cutting our income lines I had no more money to finance the lawsuit and was forced to drop it. This was their strategy as dirty cult mobsters. Looooooong story is at Michael Pattinson's Experiences in Scientology, MPES - View from the end of Scientology's the bridge to total freedom lawsuit is in the last part...
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer His weaselness is the reason why we need to take him down. He is a disgrace to the legal system.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer Right now we only have one video up on [wiki]Scientology_lawyers[/wiki] showing Moxon misusing his lawyer powers for evil.. we definitely need moar. There's a whole subsection on him that needs to be created. as an aside.. it was neat to watch that wiki article happen so quickly.. it's pretty cool to see what a couple of anons with an hour of spare time can put together.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer I don't think so. It looks like what you quoted essentially says it's unethical to threaten criminal charges in order to place pressure on another party in a civil proceeding. Sending C&D letters or threatening to sue isn't part of any civil proceeding in this case. I agree. This part seems relevant. So the answer is no, you didn't win.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer Things Attorneys have actually been disbarred for... 1. Going to a strip club every day for lunch. Not drinking, not paying for sex - just going and watching dancers. 2. Saying to a woman that struck him with her car, "I'm going to sue the shit out of you." 3. Telling a neighbor, "Shut that dog up - or I'll come over there and shut it up!" I still say there is more than enough to have Moxon disbarred.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer On March 5, 2001, Graham Berry filed a motion in Los Angeles Superior Court, in the "Hurtado" case (BC 208227), which has been reprinted on the Internet. About halfway down the available web page, it reads: "Since June 12, 2000, defendant has made over twenty attempts to personally serve Eugene Ingram with a deposition subpena requiring his personal appearance at deposition. Service attempts were made by Gailey & Associates, William Gailey personally and Gary Drummond, Al Skiles and Ernie Bassett. Mr. Gailey was a patrolman and then a detective with the Los Angeles Police Department for 25 years. Eugene Ingram was a sergeant with the Los Angeles Police Department. Thus, Mr. Gailey personally knows Eugene Ingram. Twenty years ago Mr. Gailey came upon Ingram after he had been shot in Elysian Park and took him to the hospital. (Gailey Dec. 2.) Thus, Mr. Gailey personally knows Eugene Ingram. Despite Mr. Gailey's repeated request that Mrs. Ingram have Ingram call, and despite the past incident which would seem to have created some sort of bond, Mr. Ingram has never returned any of Mr. Gailey's or his staff's telephone calls. Although counsel for defendant attempted to serve Ingram on week days, holidays and other times, service was never completed. Only one conclusion can be reached. That is that Mr. Ingram is actively avoiding service. Advising a witness to avoid service is unlawful. (Holmes v. Superior Court (1983) 145 Cal.App.3d 934.)" Berry motion on Hurtado After leaving the LAPD, William H. Gailey opened his own private investigation firm Gailey Associates. According to online biographies, Gailey now serves on the Bureau of Security and Investigative Service Disciplinary Review Committee (which reviews complaints about PI's), and recently was also appointed to the "Board of Governors" of the California State Bar. Gailey was also head of Security for the Schwarzenegger campaign in 2006, so he's politically as well connected in California as it's possible to be. Gailey is perfectly positioned to not only ensure the state license of sleazy PI's like Eugene Ingram, but also to derail complaints to the Bar Association about sleazy attorneys like Kendrick Moxon. California Governor Schwarzenegger Announces Appointment of William Gailey of Gailey Associates, Inc. - PR.com Gailey, William (Public Member) To be realistic about making plans to achieve your goal in this thread, will require successfully circumventing the massive influence available to a well-positioned "protector" in the person of William H. Gailey.
Re: Doxin' Moxon - Defanging the Cult Lawyer Are you looking for older footage, as well as recent, to show a recurring pattern? I'm not creator of this, and have no back story. Just happen to grab it last fall. Might I suggest on the wiki putting the RuTube link [search here] next to the YouTube video? With the way these things go up and down, it would be nice to have a permanent link while reading an article, as apposed to getting stuck with a "taken down for such and such".
