From "Marty Rathbun is a Squirrel"

This is from "Marty Rathbun is a Squirrel". This site is dedicated to attacking M and M and is pretty clearly a Scilon site akin to Religious Freedom Watch. If you go there, proxy up as it is potentially another one of those ip grabbers.

Read this and see between the lines, knowing that M and M know where the bodies are buried against DM

One of the most serious criminal acts by Rinder and Rathbun was not known until January 2007, when a Church staff member who had worked in legal affairs reported a suspicion he had. What he suspected was that Rathbun had conspired with Mike Rinder in 1995 to keep from David Miscavige certain information regarding one of the most contentious legal cases in the Church’s history. When confronted with this report, Rinder admitted that he and Rathbun had indeed conspired to withhold the fact of subornation of perjury (tampering with witnesses) and that the person they most intended to keep this information from was David Miscavige – this is despite the fact that Miscavige had repeatedly demanded that Rathbun and Rinder get to the bottom of why certain witnesses had initially lied to authorities.

By the time that this crime was exposed (January 2007), Mark Rathbun had already been gone three years.

It wasn’t until a slip Rathbun made to the press in June 2009, however, that David Miscavige and other Church executives learned that Rathbun had not only seen to the destruction of evidence but had suborned perjury (tampering with witnesses) with yet a third co-conspirator – Tom DeVocht. Though Rathbun is now full-time blaming others for his acts, he made clear to the press that he took “full responsibility” for these acts, stating, “Nobody ordered me to it.”

The case in question is that of Lisa McPherson-notice how they are very careful not to name the case. It is the case where there can be a charge against DM, at the very least, for suborning of perjury if M and M were to come out with what they know.

Scientology is with this post so worried that they may come out with stuff, this is a preemptive strike to try to cast their own spin on it. But as always, they fail badly. Just like with the culture of beatings, they are now admitting that DM was aware that witnesses were lying in the death investigation (yet has not said anything).

Can someone proxy up and go to this site and get a screen cap on it?

    so what's your point?

Re: From "Marty Rathbun is a Squirrel"

What is the point of these Scilon sites?

Scientologist staffers barely have time to eat rice and beans, and get abortions. They're not on the Internet. Scilon publics aren't encouraged to use the Internet because they'll find all kinds of uncomfortable truths there. Also, they've been left with so little money after all those compulsory donations, they're lucky if their PC runs Windows XP.

Who the feck else cares whether Mike and Marty are setting up a squirreled version of the Cult of Scientology? Scilon reasoning on this one is deeply bizarre.

Did you bother to read what was posted?

The point is not about Mike or Marty, but about Miscavige.

This site, purportedly by a current scientologist, is saying Miscavige knew witnesses were lying in the McPherson investigation, and yet said nothing about it; that he knew Mike and Marty had tampered with witnesses, yet again said nothing about it.

What do you think that says about Miscavige? It's not a question of this being provable evidence of anything. It is a question well raised again to the media about why these things go on and yet are not stopped in Scientology.

Have media raise this question with Scilon spokesholes and let the lulz ensue! :p

It is about Miscavige AND about LConHubbard. Don't forget that. Martyologists will tell you otherwise. Stay Focused.

    Flag is Expanding

Well we all know they like to pretend they’re expanding.

    Routing pre-clears to OT7? Now isn’t that Out-gradient?

    My opinion ...

Those 'bad Marty, bad Mike' sites are run by CoS / OSA to 'dead-agent' M&M, attract readers and hits to those sites first, and drive Marty's blog lower in Google rankings. It seems to be working.

It's CoS/OSA battling M&M for hits, views, online real estate and market share. I'd guess 1-2 OSA'ites or paid vendors are running all the sites.

According to Marty these sites were set up by Bob Keenan.

Geeez...give me a break. This is an admission of the failure of the "Chairman of the Board of Religious Technology Center" to correctly apply "Confessional Tech"? If "Scientology" worked under the hands of DM, he would have known very early on....but it doesn't. Even with his Gulags and concentration camps......

I love these sites as they illustrate the similarities between church-going Scientologists and Marty's merry band of independent Scientologists.

I stop short of wishing them luck - or flowing them energy and beingness, as a Scientologist would - because douchy as Marty is, what the Church is doing to him still ain't right.
