I do not question that JT and Kelly Preston are brokenhearted over the death of Jett, whether it be out of grief, or out of the fact that the tech failed miserably, or both. However, we must remember that there ARE Scilon parents who didn't care about the deaths of their children. Remember Moxon? This isn't relevant, I know, but I'm making the point that there have been Scilons in the past who didn't bat an eyelash at the death of a child. Lest we forget what LRH said about children being adults in small bodies.

The main issue in this case is IMHO the at that the Travoltas took big risks during these holidays taking into account that Jett had seizures every fouth day: - They stayed in a place 3/4 of an hour from the nearest hospital, - They had two unqualified nannies.

He had a seizure about once a week.. so obviously he lived through the last few hundred so why would the parents expect he's gonna die this time? Should he have been better supervised? See? Good reason for being VERY WORRIED about ongoing weekly seizures: Direct injury, cell-death from seizure activity & disruption to developmental mechanisms...all possible consequences of not treating seizures that may have otherwise been controlled with the aid of a qualified specialist, who would be in a position to evaluate treatment options and offer an informed opinion about alternatives to Depekote. Too bad we won't know now.

It was first and shortly that they feared it would affect the liver (as it might be the case). We have no other source about this. (2) The usual procedure is to test other products, not stopping it completely. (3) Responsible parents would make sure that if it happens, it can be handled. That is not the case here (see also below). Having at least one professional nanny would be a good start. That was not the case. If you think your child need a nanny, is a photographer - who never was refered to as a nanny until the accident - your best shot. We are talking of people who do not have money problems AFAIK. TL;DR Irresponsible parents are irresponsible.

Then 9 months ago the story blew wide open and soon many tabloids were calling me and my friends for info. I happen to know that the info me and my friends gave them was 100% true, yet unless they could verify it thru 4 investigators, 5 editors and 5 lawyers they couldnt print it. (btw the story had nothing to do with scientology or travolting)

The last I heard was that this was something the family's lawyer told someone, who told it to the gossip columns. And I don't recall it having been for years, either. And Depakote isn't normally the first choice for seizures, there are lots of other choices, so this little tidbit, even if true, doesn't make much sense all by itself.
