guy praising DM wearing part of a Nazi uniform?

That is not the point. It is to expose him and put public pressure on him. This sick fuck works with abused kids. Found some facebook stuff where they address child rape. As long as he is kissing DM's ass he needs to and his bosses need to know about Jan Eastgate and the CCHR. He needs to flush his cult medal down the toilet.

If the guy is in Colombia, you have a tough road ahead of you. It's as corrupt country as you can get.. all the way to the top.

    So what?

So go ahead and "put pressure on him" with his corrupt government. Let us know what happens. LOL.

There's a very good reason DM favors Colombia.

What information do you have to form the basis for that statement?

Corruption certainly exists in Colombia, but there are more corrupt places. In fact in all of Latin America it is about as good or better than every country except Chile, Uruguay and Costa Rica. It is much less corrupt than Argentina or India or Russia and most countries in Africa or Eastern Europe.

This thread is focused on a military officer in Colombia, not with all the other nations you consider to be more corrupt. The point being is, if the Colombia government is rooted in corruption, chances that they will take action against one of their own sucking up to the cult, is speculative.

But, if you have alot of time on your hands to waste, go ahead & try if that's what you want to do.

Perhaps Ricardo did not write this in English and rather had somebody translate it for him. But if he does know English, why was he speaking Spanish on the podium? And again, if he doesn't know English, does the Freewinds give its courses in Spanish?

Any bets that someone has a stack of those commendation letters, and just fills in the name of any upstanding Scientologist who wants one? (It certainly reads like it was written by a Scientologist.)

If anyone wants to resize and format it please do. What is the best way to get this photo tagged so if someone googles his name it gets a hit?

    By relevant hyperlinking I suppose.

teniente coronel Ricardo Antonio Prado Ramírez, Policia Nacional de los Colombianos

Lieutenant Colonel Ricardo Antonio Prado Ramírez Colombia National Police Juvenille Division

Lieutenant Colonel Ricardo Antonio Prado Ramirez at the Scientology 27th IAS anniversary 2011 St.Hill, England with David Miscavige

    and so on.

More usefully, in blogs and web pages, adding descriptive tagging to the html of the displayed image source with the "alt" and "title" options (when you hover your mouse of some images you sometimes get a popup description).
    e.g.
<img src="http://img39.imageshack.us/img39/3668/ricardoantoniopradoramr.png" alt="Lieutenant Colonel Ricardo Antonio Prado Ramirez at the Scientology 27th IAS anniversary 2011 St.Hill, England with David Miscavige" title="teniente coronel Ricardo Antonio Prado Ramírez, Policia Nacional de los Colombianos">

Image search engines will use these descriptions plus I imagine that the rest of the page content and relevant and high ranked pages linking to your page count for a lot.

Alternatively, start a purpose made blog: "teniente coronel Ricardo Antonio Prado Ramírez sexy scientology cult love page"
But if you do then you may have to rule out the possibility of ever vacationing in Colombia, unless you want to stay there for a very very long time with no kneecaps.

This is very suspect, IMO. Consider:

    1. The image filename has a typo, with the "c" in "Repchuk" missing.

    2. There are frequent misspellings of "Colombia"/"Colombian" in the text of the award, with the second "o" being replaced by a "u" -- a common mistake among Americans, but I would guess not so common among Colombians.

    3. Presumably, it was Tracy or "one of her people", and not the good Colonel, who titled the image file.

    4. The award is written as a first-person statement from the Colonel, yet is worded as though Hubbard's greasy thetan ghost-wrote it.

Something smells, here. My guess is that the Sciloonies typed up the award themselves, and the Colonel simply approved it (assuming that that even happened) without really reading it. Maybe he doesn't know how to read English and figured reading it would be a waste of his time.

Can't trust anything from fail cult.

    tracy-re-phuk-commendation.jpg Problem? :)

BTW, that image link could be swapped for http://www.lisamcpherson.org/prado/award1.jpg rather than the one directly on her site.
Good point. People rarely misspell their own country. Just in case, I checked and in Spanish it's República de Colombia, so it's definitely a misspelling.

Oh dear. Makes you wonder what confessions our Colombian police made during auditing to let the cult use his name like that.

Miscavige will bolt to Colombia if no other alternative remains for him to stay in power. Just watch and see.
