Titled Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act, is being called by some as the "anti-Occupy" bill. From what I've read (have not yet read the actual bill), it modifies an already in place law that outlaws behavior which "impedes" on government activity in "restricted areas" such as a place with a person under Secret Service detail. Where one used to have to know they were in a restricted area and committed a crime, now they only have to know they were in a restricted area. Here is one of the articles I read, from the ACLU, followed by the actual bill itself: https://www.aclu.org/blog/free-speech/how-big-deal-hr-347-criminalizing-protest-bill http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/BILLS-112hr347enr/pdf/BILLS-112hr347enr.pdf What do you guys think? Is this loosening of the law enough to severely affect Occupy....or any US protest for that matter?
