    From the article:
He gave more than $20,000 in so-called "soft money" and tens of thousands to targeted candidates, most of them Democrats and many of them women."

Many of them women, like Palin, Hillary and the NFWL. Why women do you suppose?

Uhmm Maybe they are following link backs I really don't think that 240 OSA would be needed to watch us. (I don't even believe there are 250 OSA)

250 would be 1% of Scientology's Us membership right now.

This is as important as any aspect of the story:
"If Van Susteren's husband is directly advising Palin on what is clearly shaping up to be a national bid for the Presidency--as Van Susteren herself acknowledges--then Van Susteren has some serious conflicts of interest going on here as well. When are the Fox News execs going to call Van Susteren on this clear-cut breach? The Bard was right: Something is rotten in the state of Denmark."

I realize I posted the following in the wrong thread yesterday, I repost, and add a bit to it:

Well, as of 2004, names found in the 990-EZ filing (PDF) are also found in Kristi's database:

    Anderson, Marlin; Secretary, treasurer
    Meekcoms, Jan; Director
    Miller, Brett; Director
    Sigal, Joan Machemer; President
Mallick, Darrell L.; Books in care of

EDIT: This is still true as of 2009 according to sunbiz.org, only Marlin Anderson was replaced by Ginger Rodeghero. Also as per sunbiz.org, the current address of FCSR is the same as the one used by another Scientology front, Clearwater Community Volunteers, Inc. ("CCV") (Joan Sigal is also a director of CCV as of 2006.)

So, FCSR is still staffed by Scientologists, and share a principal address with another Scientology front, so a statement such as "no affiliation with Scientology" is certainly suspicious. The question now is, "Why the lie?" That's exactly the kind of statement that makes one want to look closer.

Is the statement you quoted from the huffpost article?
And if so have you sent the author your findings?

Added, just posted the above as a comment to article.

Yes and yes. But I couldn't locate a direct email to the author, so I had to resort to this form:

The Huffington Post | Send a News Tip

    No feedback so far.

If it has Scientologists running it, and it has to do with fighting against Psychiatry, it is affiliated with Scientology. No exceptions.

I know this is old news for us in the lower 48, but it's still going strong in that state that neighbors Russia.
[tinfoil] Apparently google-blog search missed it [/tinfoil]
Palin's Coale Keeps Scientology's Political Ambitions Burning Bright gives a nice history lesson about the Cult on their blog to people interested in politics, as opposed to bringing down the cult. And also a little more on Coale.
One word of warning, put your Thunderdome sunglasses on (or turn off style sheets on your browser).

Well sourced, maybe. Reads a little too tinfoil-hat to me, layout doesn't look very professional.

Palin needs someone to turn her over their knee and spank the livin' daylights outta her.
Sure looks like her pappy didn't do it enough or not at all.

    Good article and good site.

BTW, AFAIR, Mr Coale was appointed to the board of a medecine faculty rather recently.
