Instead have a look around to see what is available in counteraction. There has been a lot of discussion since XenuTV was taken down. YouTube relies on people being nice and so it is wide open to manipulation by immoral cults whose only idea of net democracy is to close it down. Manipulating the rules of YouTube is a very good example of what they would like to do in the real world.

Wow, I didn't believe it when they told me last night, Cos has given notice to drops all previous stats because of impossibility to sustain. DM got a special message from LRH. New stats are now square centimeters of annoying drivel on wwp and other useful places. Judgment of intelligence is a perceptual construct. When one feels others are very intelligent it is an indication that said individuals are more intelligent of the speaker. This however does not relate to actual intelligence only the perception of the speaker.

Your statement is a broad generality which lacks specifics of qualifying date, other than to state the observation of one for which no reliable establishment of intellect has been made.

I would also note that what is and isn't a religion is also relative to ones perception. In the case of Scientology the term cult is applied, and countering the term is in violation of L Ron Hubbards own definition of the word, and thus out ethics and in violation of KSW.

I'm sorry, but Scientology - or the Scientology Organization - is not considered a religion here. It's not even a religious group. It is considered an anti-democratic organization violating human rights.

That building you saw that "spranged up just a few block away" is therefore correctly to be referred as an "Org". Thats what they call those buildings themselves, by the way.

No. That's an overpaid actor. Vinny Barvareno was a fiction character. John Travola was never Vinny, however he did play that character in Welcome Back Kotter. His actual intellect while playing that character was HIS OWN intellect level, not that of the character. Just because someone played a character that was stupid does not mean the person playing that character is stupid.

You seem to having a deep problem differentiating between fiction and reality, which is common among scientologists.

The amount of wealth a person has amassed is not relative to their intelligence. Paris Hilton is certainly proof enough of that. Please formulate a counter argument which is not based on half baked assumptions.

Out of curiosity, what happens if we start flagging sci channel vids on their 500G per month channel? Will youtube remove or suspend them? I'm willing to bet not because of the money changing hands. What we need is to get the media to start reporting this abuse and putting pressure on Google, the owners of Youtube to fucking do something about this.

Then explain the blank white page that im getting that prevents me from viewing most of youtube,unable to view any videos whatsoever,even if i clicked on them it comes up a blank white page. that has been like that since yesterday morning, and still like that. and yet everyone can see it just fine. i did all the deleting cookies,rebooting and even reset my ip addy to see if it was a screw up on my end. and alas it wasnt.

as far as several people that was on my sub list and friends, they said i was within my rights and didn't violate TOS whatsoever. normally i get a email saying why i was suspended but i didnt get any of that at all. no warning..nothing.

Actually, now that the Office of the President, the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives have their own YouTube Channels, channels that they use for official government communication, one could make a case that YouTube is a service of "Government Interest".

Thus, banning people from using the feedback and commenting feature to respond to their elected officials (which is what happens when your account is suspended) could constitute a violation of your rights. YouTube is preventing you from responding to your elected officials via the very medium they use to communicate with you.

This use of YouTube as an official communication medium by the US Government is a can of bees. How many flaggings and accusations of violation of the TOS can the President's channel get vs. the number of flaggings and claims of TOS violations on our channels? If the Office of the President is granted special rights by YouTube then they are treating some animals as more equal than others.

Let's find something on Nancy Pelozi's channel that we find offensive and flag the shit out of it. Let's find something the Obama has said that is a copywritten phrase and get the actual copyright owner to file a DMCA claim against him. I have seen interviews of my Senators on YouTube that are lifted from straight from MSNBC, Fox News and CNN's website. If it's a violation for us to post a whole news clip then it's equally a violation for a Senator or Representative to do the same thing.
