Idea: Website to report members of Basij

  1. They are collecting the names of the protesters, many of who are just college students. Well many of the Basij are college students as well who may want to attend a foreign university one day or work over seas.

If we setup a website where people can anonymously contribute names to pictures we have of the Basij during the protests it would be easier to coordinate efforts to block admission or employment of this people in the future outside of Iran, and if the revolution succeeds to prosecute these people for the brutal beatings, kidnappings and massacres they have been involved in.

    What do you guys think?
  2. probably a bad idea. there was a post on this forum (wasn't confirmed though) that Iran is photoshopping protesters/Mousavi supporters into Basiji/security outfits and putting them on "kill the Basiji" websites.

so, this list would likely immediatley be infiltrated by the gov't and used to their advantage.
