For a long time, they had art in the windows facing the street and screens or something behind that so no other part of the building could be seen. But the place is still empty. There is some rebar work going on in the back section by the pits at about :49 in this video But if they are doing work, it is little piece-meal sections because I have been out there many times and never see actual work being done. I see some signs that people have been there....but are not currently there.
