I'm almost certain this is a joke, but if not, I agree with Ann, and would like to also add that some cities don't have room to play this silly game. Not to mention, chances are, unless you have a small field or section you're allowed to protest in, you'd end up blocking the sidewalk with your chairs, thus making it easier for you to get fined/arrested.

add prison costumes and its a BIG win.

Also , you don't have to bring chairs, you can be creative and just use chalk sqares on the sidewalk spaced apart and then put an "X" on the ellimnated squares as you go. That way you are always moving and not blocking anything too. Just a thought
