Here’s our tentative session schedule. We’re bound to have a few changes, of course. However, this lineup should make you realize how much fun you can have! Friday, June 5th 6:00pm - 8:00pm: Friday night dinner Dinner is for casual conversation. Grab a tray in the food court dining area at the Silver Legacy and find the big table where we’ll all hang out and talk. 8:00pm - 10:00pm: Confidential meeting For C/Ss and auditors who’ve completed NOTS and above. Location TBA at dinner. Saturday, June 6th 10:00am: Introduction and welcome - defining the FreeZone: Rey Robles 10:30am: DEEP Character Clearing: Rolf Dane (Clearbird) and Heidrun Beer Rolf Dane (Clearbird) and Heidrun Beer will present DEEP Character Clearing, a new way to look at and process identities and own GPMs, using some "lost LRH tech." This includes the Dianetics Axioms and Effort Processing from 1951-52. DEEP Character Clearing is an effective way to address unwanted identities, valences, and own GPMs. From our research we could develop other rundowns, including a new way to handle incidents on OTs without using the "forbidden" Dianetics. 11:30am: Starting and running an auditing practice We'll ask people running FreeZone centers and independent practices to participate in a panel discussion about the business issues in running an auditing practice. What do you need to know about legal, marketing, accounting, setting your rates...? Get advice from people who have answered the same questions you face. 12:30pm - 1:30pm: Lunch 1:30pm: Operating as an OT: Rey Robles How to operate as an OT and manifest all your desires and hopes in the game of life. 3:00pm: Exercise, diet, and auditing: Steve Bruflat Even if our attention is on the spiritual, we all do have bodies. It's a good idea to keep them in working order – and some suggest a relationship between auditing success and physical regiment. 3:30pm - Cause and effect: Trey Lotz Cause and effect and responsibility and how it relates to being OT in life. 4:00pm: A fresh look at what we call “case” and “processing:” Dexter Gelfand A re-thinking of common auditing concepts, accumulated through ongoing consideration, research, and experience. 5:00pm: Saturday wrap-up: Rey Robles 6:00pm - 8:00pm: Confidential meeting with Loyal Officers Must be OT III or above to attend. Grab a bite to eat and meet back at the convention room for discussion and a special film. 8:00pm - 10:00pm: Saturday night party Relax and hang out with your friends! Sunday, June 7th 10:00am: Sunday introduction: Rey Robles 10:15am: Sign up for group discussions & workshops Do you have an idea for a topic, demo, group processing, or other small group discussion or workshop? Sign up and organize groups for these discussions to take place later in the day. 10:30am: Re-energizing your dreams: Ed Berwick We are all "gods.” We, each and every one of us, deserve to stand up for ourselves, our communities, and to leave the picnic area cleaner than when we found it. In this interactive session, Ed plans to discuss subjects of permeating your space, expanding your communities, and getting out of your box. 11:30am: Marketing the FreeZone While the word “Scientology” has been in the news lately, relatively few know about the independent field and the FreeZone. How can we, working together, help others (leaving the CofS or just discovering Scientology) to find out what the FreeZone is and what their options are? Let’s discuss the problems and possible solutions. Come prepared with ideas of your own. 12:30pm: Lunch 1:30pm: After-lunch group processing 2:00pm: Building a FreeZone support network Let's share ways we can help people make the transition out. Nearly all of us have “been there” and faced questions like, "Now that I've left the church, how do I find my purpose? Get back on my feet? Re-integrate into the world?" Each of us knows what we found when we began to look online – a lot of angry, mocking people. People deserve better. Perhaps we can brainstorm better answers, such as a "buddy system" for folks who've left, and a safe place to communicate. 2:30pm: Group discussions & workshops Got something you want to discuss with other people? Want to do some group processing or demos? We've set aside this time for small-group discussions and workshops, for those who signed up in the morning. 3:00pm: Scientology trivia contest How many questions can you answer correctly? This fun contest will test your knowledge of Scientology and LRH. Whoever gets the most points wins a prize! 3:30pm - Wrap-up: Rey Robles Let’s decide: What's next for the FreeZone? 4:00pm: Open mic Got something to say? Now’s your chance!
