Is Rathbun full of shit or did travoltas plane get used in a kidnapping

According to Jim Logan's story, JT allowed his jet to be used in capturing and returning Logan's wife to the scientology prison camp. How often has this happened? Not only is he responsible for his sons death, but now we have evidence of other crimes involving JT.

Who is Jim Logan? How do we know we can believe him? This is a rather serious allegation. I would hope Mr. Logan has something other than his word to back this up.

That is not exactly Jim's story it is Marty's. Jim was unaware of what happened until Marty told him that he intercepted his wife on a lay over in Boston on her way to meet Jim in Portland Maine.

The story MR told was that he planned to fly regular airlines back but DM being paranoid sent JT's plane to pick them up. Annie denies the story thru a lawyer and was supposedly traveling under another name. But if there is ever any reason to investigate it, it shouldn't be hard for authorities to find out IF JT's plane was in Boston, when flight plans where arranged etc.

It doesn't sound that much unlike other stories where people would get picked up or intercepted at airports (ex: torry on her way to meet LMT)

Correct on possible lack of notice. However, borrowing a jet is no minor request, and the jet was used potentially to aid in either outright kiddnapping or something close to it. The connection is enough to ask questions. Celebutards should get no free pass when they let a cult use their massive resources to do the sorts of things cults like to do. Which generally are not very nice things.

Perhaps we should determine whether or not the plane was even at the airport when this supposed kidnapping took place before we move on to the discussion of whether or not John Travolta can reasonably say he didn't know what was being done with his plane? One thing at a time.

If JT is letting DM control his aircraft, there could be MAJOR issues with the FAA.

When you allow others use of your aircraft to commit crimes, saying you didn't know what they're doing with the plane is not an allowable excuse. The pilots flying the plane cannot shrug and say "We didn't know either."

John Boy could lose his wings and be banned from ever getting them back, so could his current private pilots. Flight records go back the entire lifetime of the plane. It would be easy for someone in the FAA to track those records and synchronize everything to the story if specific dates were available (cough cough).

If this is truly valid, a lot of damage can be done with this and investigations of all private planes owned by scilons including Tom Cruise could be accomplished. The FAA isn't the FBI, they're actually efficient.

It also helps to have a family member working there.

I'd like to request the name of this thread to be altered slightly to pull this title back as an accusation.
At least put a '?' at the end to show there isn't any rock solid proof Travolta did something or even unknowingly took part in something so horrid.
As much as I hold him accountable for the death of his son, don't kick a man when he's down unless you've got the proof to make it ring true.

The FAA only has exact records of plans filed with them. Trying to find out now if JT's planes were required to file.

If the plane in question is one of Travolta's jets then it would almost certainly as a practical matter be flying under instrument flight rules (IFR), and hence, would have been required by FAA regulation to file a flight plan.

No, not all. Some only need permission to take off from and land at an airport, you do not have to provide proof that a flight plan was scheduled. That's why the DEA has so many headaches with private planes. Most corporations that own planes do file their plans, but individuals who are hopping over to LA for the day to have lunch and fly in to John Wayne don't have to file a formal plan.

But anyway, as seen by anons themselves last year with flightaware, JT's planes appear to have filed full flight plans. It's being crosschecked to be sure.

If the FAA can be utilized in any of this, IT CAN AND SHOULD BE.
