Think of the shame it would bring on her Church. If I were her I'd be looking to finish the Bridge in my next life and save the face of my Church.
This Eastgate bitch, does she actually have a neck?
Her chin seems to grow directly from her torso.
Reverend "Glockasaurus" Rex Fowler approves of this post.
Cool, it makes news in Munroe, Washington, but come the fuck on America! Somebody please pull the stick out from under the boulder and lets have some rock'n'roll.
Same for UK. Wtf?
Well, the thing is that they already brought plenty of Russians here. There were reports of Russians working as staff in California base I think. There was a Hungarian guy that escaped and went on Howard Stern. He gave tons of details about this.
Jan Eastgate getting arrested is nearly as good as Ben & Jerry's. It'll be better than b&j if she goes to prison....
maybe they will name an icecream after her?
Jan's Jailhouse Java Swirl
Eastgate's Rocky Road to Freedom
I havent checked out the podcasts to see if anything came of that but here is the programming link for the show if anyone wants to do that:
(Steve Cannane is one of the journalists for ABC and is familar with this topic when it was reported on ABC Lateline)
Well I was personally just gonna have some cookie dough to celebrate I'd rather not eat anything Jan Eastgate related D:
But y'know, fair game if you want to. You could always get sent to auzzie prison (the actual prison, not the country... I know it's hard to distinguish due to the amount of convicts) and wait till she drops the soap?
I don't own Ben and Jerry's lol!
drop the soap? You must be talkin' strap ons? sorry I don't swing that way
I know you were just "poking" fun and all but I dont' get it
Strap on is one way, or you could just 'surprise' eat her while she's bending over, if you're that way inclined.... *shudder*
"Poking" fun? Very appropriate...
ok.. really. enough.
there goes my breakfast blech!
back on target
They made horribly uncomfortable furniture, too. When the Shakers died out, their awful "sit up straight" designs mostly died with them. A few novelty woodworkers still make them out of sheer, unadulterated evilness.
You're making it wayy too easy to make more innuendos...
...I'll be good though.
didn't want to start a new thread for this, so I am putting this here,
it mentions Brian Daniels of the CCHR, TC and Scientology
mods please move if you want to!
Nude Psychotherapy vs. Scientology in New Book by 'Stare at Goats' Author Jon Ronson
Fair enough but I was pointing out where in the case of the judge it was the first in a line of charges. Once convicted of that charge they used it as proof on the other charges, I don't see why if Jan did more than one crime she can't be charged more than once? All the same very informative, thank you.
Question for TinyDancer? It sounds like you are from Australia? Here is a question I was wondering about. Can mother and daughter sue for defamation if Jan looses her criminal case? I mean the CCHR and Scientology have made slanderous comments about them both in relation to the allegations of abuse.
Yeah, well, scientology is the official US state religion... just ask Germany.
Let evil wash evil. Station TSA at the entrances to all scientology orgs.
Hubbard would have been pissed off.
- L. Ron Hubbard, HCO POLICY LETTER OF 25 FEBRUARY 1966 - ATTACKS ON SCIENTOLOGY
In the United States, certain persons are mandated to report suspected child abuse to protective services. Failing to do so is a crime.
Jan Eastgate, as a recognized religious leader that fellow parishioners might seek out for advice regarding family troubles, would likely be considered a "pastoral counsellor" and therefore a mandatory child abuse reporter.
Does Australia have a similar law regarding the reporting of child abuse? If so, Ms. Eastgate's *failure* to notify police of the abuse would seem an obvious conviction, even if her advice to the mother and daughter to lie to police cannot be established as a fact.
In regard to the section I red-bolded above, I find it very interesting. Hubbard knew scientology would never stand up to an enquiry, and so issued his 'mis-duplicated' order. It seems to me that the good staff at Melbourne had no reason to think that scientology could not stand up to an enquiry, being believers.
This time period was also when the SP doctrines were first drawn up, along with ethics and conditions, rewards(?!?) and penalties. No coincidence.
The full policy: http://johanw.home.xs4all.nl/CoS/attacks-on-scn.txt
If Scientology doesn't just kick Jan to the curb, then by Hubbard policy, they're going to have to come out swinging ... and they're going to run straight into Senator Xenophon and Australian opinion. *splat*!
"Get an ammunition locker full. Be sure of our facts. And then expose via the press."
L. Ron Hubbard, HCO POLICY LETTER OF 25 FEBRUARY 1966 - ATTACKS ON SCIENTOLOGY
so, what exactly did LRH mean by "be sure of our facts?"
I mean they just make shit up for the greater good when they can't find any crimes. Many times they are not facts at all, just fabrications and out right lies. So is Kim Belotte and the rest of them going against Source? hmmm?
Or did Hubbard mean that "our facts" mean something totally different than actual wog facts.
And it's obvious that Hubbard had no problem with using the press (even though he despised them) when it was to his benefit.
Eastgate better get her "facts" in order. A bumpy road lies ahead
somewhat related - a skeptic blog did a recent review debunking a new CCHR commercial/video, then added an update re: the breaking news about Eastgate.
From Positive to Negative in 1.5 minutes
Not as bumpy as her grotesque body.

kudos to Petete! Spread it far and wide!

^forgot to add:

" The original order I gave was relayed as "we welcome an Enquiry into Scientology...." or it was changed to that in Melbourne."
OMG I'd love to hear the back story behind this. Heads rolled. Bodies plummeted over the rail. There was much punchery afoot. Also lol, oops. We welcome an enquiry into Scientology.
There you have it, from Source's own face! Ron said, bring it on! And Senator Xenophon is up to bat.
Senator Xenophon is teh awesome. He uses real bats.
He uses sting rays as water skates. (cwutididthar?)
He keeps his Blackberry in a wallaby's pocket.
Cockatoos shade him when he walks outside.
Senator Xenophon travels in a carriage pulled by a team of matching goannas.
Dingos bring him babies.
He crosses rivers on the backs of crocs.
He is the Keeper of The Boot. Yes, Australia, we all know about The Boot. BTW, which way does your water drain? Shall I call collect and ask?
Wrapping it up.
L. Ron Hubbard said, "We welcome an enquiry into Scientology." Ron is Source and you have to do what he says. So, roll out the red carpet for Senator Lord Xenophon and let the inquiry begin!
Thanks Paul and Tiny for all the Law and Financial info. Sounds like the common law is similar
in the UK, Canada, and Australia. Magistrate up to Superior/County Court. USA is a little
different with Felonies etc.
Eastgate is facing a serious charge, with huge ramifications ..., Love it
LOL.... "Australia, the Florida of Continents"
Hope we can get little dwarf-man Miscavige in front of a judge soon, though I see that coward putting a Glock to his head before answering questions about Shelly Miscavige and routine child abuse within the cult.
Comments are open if anyone wants to mention that the head of CCHR was just arrested.
