Oddly enough, with him being from the SO, the analogy is extremely close.

You might want to look at the street in that video. Note the double yellow line that pops up in mid-attempted-pass, and he's heading into a blind curve when he starts. Not only illegal, but extremely reckless with the lives of his passengers.

And why pass? What, was he going to escape from his army of tailers? The joke would have been on him if there had been another car coming around that bend at that moment.

Something nice and gentle, not massively anti-tech, avoiding too much rhetoric, which
acknowledges possible cult 'wins', but still pointing out that LRH was a criminal who lied about just about everything, and stole the rest?

If there isn't there should be.
