But you're right that they would need to do X-ray imaging of the brain or something if they wanted physical proof of something with the brain.

First she says that something is "Insane" and this could easily lead to acknowledging Autism. I think she might be considered a PTS for this as she might be giving the public the wrong idea.

You see, they see insanity as something caused by engrams and implants, done by trauma and by psychs. So they are blaming insanity on the people who are supposed to handle it.
